The main feature of this property are the views. They are breathtaking and you might just want to stay indoors to enjoy them :-) Besides this, it is spacious, beautifully decorated and modern with a huge balcony to enjoy your meals or coffee in the morning. Two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms. You have a 24 hour security concierge and private parking space with space for two cars. You are also across the street from endless beaches, walking and cycling paths. Downstairs from the apartment you have a very well known coffee shop Bootleggers which serves great breakfasts and meals or Jerrys a famous top quality burger restaurant with an amazing vibe. There are numerous other restaurants all within walking distance to cater for any other food preferences. Blouberg is a 20 minute drive from Cape Town city centre and the Waterfront so the location is perfect as you are not by the very busy and sometimes hectic environment of the city but at the same time so close to it. Cleaning service can be arranged during your stay if required. This is at an extra cost. Also included: Free Wifi Secure building with security Two designated covered parking bays Across beachfront
We are two brothers that have lived in Blouberg, Cape Town for as long as we can remember. Blouberg is a beautiful suburb, North of Cape Town, with the most amazing views of Table Mountain and we feel blessed to live in such a beautiful place. We have been in the hospitality and property development business for many years and found this gem that we feel is pretty special. Customer satisfaction is very important and we endeavor to make your stay a very special and memorable one.
Blouberg is best known for its spectacular views of Table Mountain across Table Bay. The area encompasses 48 kilometres of sandy white beaches all with magnificent views of Devil´s Peak, Table Mountain and Lion´s Head as well as Robben Island. It is one of the fastest growing areas in the Western Cape, lies to the north of Cape Town city centre and is the gateway to the Cape West Coast. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and shopping malls for those so inclined, but best to head for the white sandy endless beaches to watch kite surfers doing ridiculous aerial maneuvers. There are are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and pubs within walking distance and of course you have the beach across the street. Its proximity to Cape Town city centre make it conveniently located and its about 30 minutes from Cape Town's Airport.
