We are located in the heart of Franschhoek on a quiet avenue, just a few minutes walk from Le Quarter Français and the lovely main street lined with boutiques, galleries, and restaurants. Owner Michaela Julian has transformed this former guest house into an eco-friendly, elegant boutique hotel utilising her extensive international expertise, giving back the warmth and sense of a family home balanced with modest elegance and comfort. Michaela, a Co-Founder of the Franschhoek Hospitality Academy, and her highly educated and professional team offer their local expert recommendations on where to eat, what to do, an exclusive wine tasting, and insider tourist ideas. Each room is named after a local grape variety and has crisp linen, a mini bar with hot and cold beverages, and Charlotte Rhys products. Enjoy a delectable a' la carte breakfast overlooking the manicured garden and swimming pool, or share your experiences with other guests during the complementary sundowner wine tasting showcasing wines from our partner vineyard Haut Espoir, which produces unique handcrafted wines that are in harmony with nature.
