the room decoration and comfort was exceptional, very cozy atmosphere, a sense of 'couleur locale' and good location. The staff was really friendly and helpful and there were many choices on the breakfast menu. All in all, a highly recommended place to stay in Brighton!

Booked all the rooms at the venue for our Wedding reception. The rooms were spacious and well decorated and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The function room, snug, and restaurant/buffet area was perfect! The buffet food was brilliant ! No-one left hungry ! The reception guests all praised the venue , food and staff. The staff worked very hard. Thank you !!!

The room was incredibly specious, well equipped with iron, fan, kettle, coffee pod machine, decent TV and more. The rooms are also nicely decorated, full of character and the beds are really comfortable. The bathroom was also huge and finished to a really high standard. The food was of a good standard and the views from the restaurant were idyllic. Exceptionally friendly welcome and service at dinner and breakfast. The room was well furnished and a modern and clean bathroom topped it off.

By the time we had checked into our room that had all headed off to the match on a bus provided by the landlord. Had a couple of pints and an excellent dinner. Comfortable accommodation. It can be noisy but not on this visit.
