Hosts were extremely nice, room perfectly clean, great spot, comfy bed. Would definitely return. My friends who were in a different accommodation were all hit with additional costs for air con and towels, so i was very happy that all of that came included at Cleo rooms! Clean towels were even left at the door throughout the stay. The spot is perfect because its beside the Malia Strip but also far enough to not be affected by noise. My room was silent.

I really enjoyed swimming in the pool and looking at the rocks and moutains above the hotel. There is also a nice view on the sea from balconies. I appreciate that it is quiet place in contrast to the noisy center of Malia. All the staff, especially Elektra and a British lady at the bar, are very nice and helpful. Their breakfasts and dinners are fresh and tasty, they also have very good wines.

This is especially thanks to the very friendly staff and the hotel manager Mr. Michalis, who always goes out of his way to personally care for every individual guest. The location of the hotel is also excellent, which makes it hard to decide whether you want to go to the pool or the beach today. And last but not least, the breakfast and dinner buffets had a lot of options for all tastes and were really well-cooked.

The owners have been very kind with us. At the beginning we were assigned to another room which was quite old and had problems with the shower. Finally the gave to us a much better room with no cost difference. They really care that their guests enjoy the staying. TV with channels in different languages (some hotels don't have English-language channels). The location is perfect, very close to the beach, restaurants and main attractions. McDonald's is a minute's walk away (If you are into that kind of food. My choice was the Greek tavern a few more minutes walk). Great communication from management (Maria) and helpful staff. Highly recomending!

Our daughter loved the pools and the gardens, as well as the beach. Also, the Little Explorers kids club and the kids nightly disco made it extra special for her. These details made it easy and relaxing for us. The food is quite good and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinner, which had enough variety that we didn’t get bored. Our room was nice and private. We stayed in a garden bungalow and it was the right size for us and comfortably designed.
