Hiro the host was very helpful & friendly. He is also the chef of the restaurant and cook super delicious dinner that was sent up to our apartment. The place was very clean and fully equipped with amenities. Location of the place was really central. Highly recommended for families 👍🏾

We had no real expectations, we just knew it was on the beach North of Oturo Hokkaido 45 minutes from Sapporo. The staff were incredibly accommodating, the rooms were immaculate and well appointed. We ate breakfast, had an Hokkaido barbecue, and a Michelin standard dinner. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough. Dinner room are beautifully decorated, it’s impressive . Even there is no breakfast included in the stay , they still provide toast and jam ,milk and coffee . It’s delicious. The fee for one night is quite reasonable , good value .

We needed to take a short train ride train two stops to reach Otaru train station. We also liked that the market for fresh seafood is also nearby. We had two delicious seafood meals at the nearby market. The Shoya Noodles (free for guests) at the hotel (from 9.30 p.m.) was delicious.
