Easy walk to crazy horse, Jira restaurant for delicious cheap meals, 7 eleven and Skugga Farm for nice coffee and fresh bread. Our room had a beautiful view of the mountain. We had a fridge and the bed was very comfortable. The place has a lovely feel with the nice garden. Owner organised transport for us to the hot springs so we could take the local bus from there back to Chiang Mai. Would definitely stay again.

The owner, Nisit, helped me book an elephant tour, offering me various options. He doesn't keep a commission so his prices are cheaper. He is knowledgeable about everything, and also helped me book a bus ticket to Chiang Rai, giving me all the most detailed directives. We don't see that kind of dedicated and passionate hospitality very often. The hotel is located near the south gate market, and you can find eating options around. It is also super close to the main temple. Highly recommend.

She made sure that I got everything I needed for a great stay. Thanks to her, I felt at home. My room was spacious and newly renovated; it had a balcony, AC, and all the necessary amenities. The nights were quiet, so I slept really well. Hotel location is on the southern side, but city centre is easily reachable by grab or scooter, which you can rent on the property for a cheaper price! You can eat at the hotel cafe, or there is a 7/11 and food stalls within a 5-minute walk. You also can do laundry on the spot. I would recommend for short and longer stays as the price/quality ratio is 10 out of 10. I ended up extending my stay for a longer time. If I have a chance, I will definitely come back. Thank you.

Great location on the edge of town it's really quiet but we could cycle to Maya Mall, Fashion market and Angkaew Reservoir in about 10 minutes. Their are lots of varied eating options locally from 50 baht Thai to top notch European cuisine. Check Google Maps, you won't be disappoint! The staff are delightful and the 'Boss Man' had perfect English and could not have been more pleasant or helpful. Rooms are really comfortable. Beds are European style medium firm the balcony is beautiful, plenty of electrical sockets with desk and table for two. Coffee making in room, separate kitchen facilities. Really nice bathroom with hot and cold water. There is a full size swimming pool within walking distance at Centre of the Universe. They had 2 bikes and we cycled everywhere we wanted and had a really relaxed stay. This part of Chiang Mai is clearly where the well off locals live. It's absolutely beautiful with fields and mountain views. We felt totally safe walking and cycling. Crazy good value for genuine European 3 star room facilities in 4 star location. I think they also do monthly rates for those seeking an AirBnB alternative.

Nora is very professional, dealing with everyone's needs. Her English is really good. The bed was very comfortable. I had a great sleep.
