This place was spectacular! Our travel group was three generations of extended family, 15 of us in total, with a variety of travel desires/needs. Everyone loved Agave in Citta! The kids were obsessed with the pool, our fancier members were very impressed with the stunning atmosphere and overall design of the hotel. The optional breakfast came in handy several times, the location was excellent, free umbrellas saved the day for our walking tour in the rain, and the staff was incredibly hospitable and helpful at every turn. The private rooftop hot tub (for one of the rooms) was magical; the Superior Deluxe room was ENORMOUS and fit all 15 of us comfortably for chatting and games. Back to the pool - having an indoor heated pool was a huge perk, and it was much larger than we expected (not huge, but we've experienced dinky pools made to look larger in photos - this was not the case at Agave in Citta).

Starting with amazing staff which welcomed us on arrival. Everything was clean, fresh and new. Superb breakfast. You get to experience Tuscany style home. Calm and beautiful surroundings. Lovely place, would definitely recommend staying here and will come back if in the area.

All air conditioned, rooms at the bed and breakfast come with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom equipped with a hairdryer. Some rooms feature a spa bath. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Max is a superb host. Breakfast is a very plentiful spread of cereals, breads, meat, cheeses and pastries, as well as excellent coffee which Max himself makes for you.

There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. It is an ideal place to rest and have a quiet stay. The house is surrounded by lovely green areas. It is beautiful, spacious, very clean and comfortable.

The indoor lounge features a library with guides books. Staff can reserve tickets for museums and restaurants. Place was quiet and out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the city center which we really enjoyed. Lorenzo was very helpful and informative on how to get around the city and what food is best to try and he nailed it. Would definitely stay again if we ever make it back to Florence.

Hotel Orcagna is located in a quiet area near the Arno River. You can walk to Piazza S.Croce in 15 minutes, or get a bike at reception and visit the entire Florence.

Hotel Orcagna has a small, relaxing garden and serves buffet breakfast. Breakfast was really good, more than expected but the location is pretty far from town
