My only regret was that I did not book sooner. This is a great hotel to start off a journey in Bangkok. The staff was very helpful in recommending areas to try out. Breakfast was excellent, the daytime lounge outside the breakfast area served great mocktails. Out very conveniently is a convent store. The pool and gym are also easy to access and welcoming.

The hotel itself, the various restaurants, the stuff, the location, the gym and the offered classes, the boat shuttle service... Overall we had a lovely time and enjoyed every minute.

The concierge was incredible (His name is Top) he arranged to us a driver and also got us a spot on Jai Fay restaurant. The rest of the staff at front desk also is extremely polite and willing to help with anything: Gift and Princess were amazing hostess.

There is a tour desk and a ticket counter to help guests with sightseeing arrangements. We have stayed in Bangkok several times, none can top our stay at The Peninsula. The room was spacious, luxurious and clean, the staff went that extra mile to do all they possibly could to assist in a friendly and welcoming manner. The breakfast buffet is truely amazing.

The staff were very attentive and helpful, assisting us with great recommendations and advice for new arrivals in Thailand. The breakfast was fantastic. Absolute 10/10 wish we could have stayed longer and would stay again.
