If U Want to shop the universal brands here ur destination just fill up ur credit card as much as you can because you will leave all of them when you shop coz everything is a breathtaking and you fell that you have to take it or your heart will jump out
So many shops were offering 50-70% off sales! With the Pound already at a discounted rate I'll bet tourists couldn't believe the high quality bargains! I noticed a few filling suitcases. Picked up some bargains myself from nearby Regent Street.
Selfridges a good shopping experience, with some great shops off Oxford street, but some are expensive in New Bond Street, so only visit them if you’re prepared to buy very good quality, luxury goods.
If you want to visit Primark and do a bit of shopping, don' t choose the one on Oxford street, you'll meet there half of the tourists visiting London, waiting line for fitting rooms for more than one hour.
Great for window shopping, Selfridges is an incredible department store. Regent's Street is just as interesting but not quite so long and benefits from the presence of Liberty's department store another must see.
they have all the shops you will want to go to and everything in one place. Although it gets too crowdy and you are likely to get tired walking from one shop to another, also on rainy days you're likely to get wet.
Location is great just off oxford circus in a quiet street. We left the apartment and could wander around Mayfair enjoying the restaurants, shops and sights. There is a M&S food store on Oxford Street and a great food hall in John Lewis nearby. Dined at Sketch (next road) and Umu five minutes away so really handy. It was ten minutes to Picadilly and twenty to park lane which was a lovely stroll.
Size of the room. Upgraded on arrival, Large comfortable bed, lots of space, very good for the money. Kitchenette was very nice, especially the fridge, to be able to store food & drink. Nice location, set in a quiet square that was very quiet at night. Still close to amenities, Hyde Park within walking distance & Oxford Street a fairly short walk away. Tubes close by if needed.
Location was perfect, we could drive whilst not paying any charges as outside of zones. Walking distance to oxford street which was partly why we stayed in this location. Hotel parking wasn't full although it was cheaper booking it through a 3rd party app than with the hotel directly
Staff was excellent, they went out of their ways to make my stay as safe and comfortable as possible. They were flexible and accommodating. The location is absolutely excellent being next to Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park and just a 15 min walk away from Oxford Street. 100% recommended!
Very friendly and helpful reception staff, courtesy call to make sure everything was ok with the room. Great location, walking distance to Oxford street and short uber ride to Soho / Mayfair. Breakfast was served in the room due to covid restrictions but was fresh and plentiful.
The location was handy for Hyde Park, and within walking distance of Oxford Street. Buses and underground very close. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The location to Oxford street and Selfridges is a two minute walk. The hotel was covid secure. The room size was very generous.
Location is excellent. Close to Oxford Street and all of other places you can visit in London city centre.
very nice location next to hyde park, marble arch, oxford street, very good WIFI
If you want to do some shopping, but want to avoid the crowds, you should stay away from Oxford Street and Portobelle Road on Saturdays. Take a trip to some of the boroughs outside the city's centre and discover the local atmosphere. Ask someone in a shop or the staff at your hotel, if you need a few suggestions for a good day out away from the crowds. I usually ask them where they go for a day out.
you have all kinds if shopping from all the big chain stores found on oxford street to the markets and vintage stalls in camden town, also carnaby street for a something a little bit different
Plan your trip and staying in details. Do a little research what are the busiest times/days. Skip using tube/buses unless you really have to. Avoid the busiest shopping/tourist areas (there is much more to London than Oxford Street and Trafalgar Square).
Close to major shopping areas like Covent Garden,Regent Street and Oxford Street
Shop anywhere except Oxford Street as there is a heaving mass of humanity.
You can find a lot of various useful things for every taste and purse all-over London and especially at the Oxford street of course
