Patrick and Karina were fantastic hosts. They were so kind, always ready to help and solve any issues, making sure that we had a great experience. The place is magical and ideal for the ones looking for desconect and recharge energies. There are a lot of places to explore nearby and their dogs (pulga, mimi and carnival) and cat (Dull) are an essential part of the experience. Beautiful giant gentle creatures. We left the place feeling really grateful.

Pampa was great. The location felt very home like with friendly staff. The chef at the restaurant was phenomenal, some of the best food in the area. In fact people from more expensive hotels were coming in to eat there..

The lodge is far more than my expectation. Spacious, clean and quiet, with all the facilities you need and you can cook by yourself. The staff and manager are very nice and helpful. Comparing to the hotels in the national park, the price is really very good. Moreover, the lodge is close to the entrance to the park, which is only 5 minutes driving distance. I strongly recommend this accommodation.

The 'wagon cabin' worked perfectly for our family of four, and staff lit the wood stove every evening to keep us warm and cozy. The owner takes great care of the guests and was extremely helpful getting a lost item back to us in Punta Arenas (5 hours away) before our flight the next morning. They also have a sweet cat in the main lodge area that our kids loved. Highly recommend!

Extremely nice rooms, great staff and very nice setting. The manager really went out of her way to be accommodating, answer all questions and give great hiking advice.

There is a refrigerator in the lodge you can share and our cabin had a kitchen. We were able to get internet over at the lodge when there was electricity in the evenings and morning. The lack of electricity during the other hours did not matter because we were touring the park. The people working there are super friendly and helpful. Great view of the Torres and wonderful walking the lodge for views of nature and birdwatching. The biggest surprise was the food. These were the best meals we had in all of Torres del Paine.

The hotel itself is very comfortable, in a style that reminds the Rocky Mountains lodges. Rooms are large and beds are more than king size. Breakfast is the best we had during our 3 weeks stay in Chile. Incredible to reach this quality and freshness of food when you are so far away froms the closest city. Very helpful tour desk.

Group of several cabins and lodges on the banks of a glacier fed river with the amazing front row view of TDP mountains. WOW. Enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and comfortable room. The main reception lodge room was a bit small but lovely. Room came with ample breakfast but also a lovely evening meal (I was unaware of that.) So it was a pleasant surprise. Very nice to stay so close to the park - because town is a long way away.
