We also got to see the northern lights right outside the lodge. There was also a younger staff member with blonde hair who is very kind and helpful.

We were traveling with our dog and they provided us with a room closest to the door for the best accessibility and made us feel very welcome, which is not always the case when traveling with pets in Iceland.
