Dangela Boutique Lodge is a unique, lovely, and unusual accommodation. The hosts, Daniel and Angela, went beyond all one could expect to make our two day visit not only enjoyable, but truly luxurious. We had one dinner (superb!) and one breakfast (perfect) at Dangela and would highly recommend choosing these options. The swimming pool was absolutely delightful. We enjoyed many interesting conversations with Daniel and Angela -- they are both knowledgeable and hospitable. Overall this was a wonderful way to start our NZ vacation.

Guest kitchen and lounge room exceptional. Presume this was a lovely old home renovated for its use as a lodge? Tea/coffee biscuits available within our room as well as in the shared large guest kitchen which has full facilities. Pool and spa pool looked very inviting but we weren't there long enough to try it all out. Outdoor areas well maintained with barbeque and outdoor tables.

Lovely pool bbq area (bit of a downer that we didnt have a hot day as I was looking forward to a swim in the pool). The staff member that greeted us was wonderful. She had a lovely manner, friendly and explained everything including showing us where all the facilities were.
