There were lots of special touches like organic soaps, free range eggs and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting

Guests enjoy free WiFi and free breakfast daily. beautiful place in a really peaceful area. it was elegant and very private.

Offering views of Lake Taupo and a free full breakfast prepared by a chef, Lake Taupo Lodge provides a relaxing retreat. All guest rooms feature a patio with garden views, and some have a spa bath, lake views and a fireplace. The family loved the view, the breakfast was amazing!!! Cute dogs!

Relax by the fireplace in the shared lounge, or speak to your hosts about what to see or do in the local area. Whakaipo Lodge was a superb place to stay in every way. The owners, Garth & Angie went beyond the call to make our stay memorable & easy to highly recommend from the welcome, to the pre dinner drinks & canapes, the sharing of local knowledge & the beautifully presented, comfortable rooms. The breakfast was 10/10 using locally sourced high quality products. The coffee also got a gold star.

Set on 17 acres of countryside on the banks of the Waikato River, Huka Lodge boasts an outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court, free airport transfers and a spa pool. It offers air-conditioned suites with a private terrace and lovely river views. Stunning property situated on the river that runs from Lake Taupo to the Huka Falls. The main lodge is beautifully appointed and provides seating and dining areas inside and outside. The rooms are equally wonderfully, each having access to a Porch, rolling grass and the river view.

The interiors feature wood furniture, leather lounge suites, open gas fireplaces and a collection of local artworks. Each has a beautifully equipped kitchen in which guests can self-cater or request the services of a personal chef. Bathrooms were amazing as well as the outdoor entertainment area.

Chalet Eiger features a spacious lounge with fireplace, a wine cellar and a sauna. There is also a home entertainment system with interactive plasma-screen TV and film/music library. The view, the room, the quiet location and Peter and Nina! Peter and Nina are charming hosts and make a terrific breakfast. Peter was really insightful with some great little tourists l recommendations

Located in Turangi, 48 km from Mount Ruapehu, and Taranaki Falls reachable within 48 km, Turangi Leisure Lodge offers a terrace, a spa and wellness centre and free WiFi.

The lodge offers a seating area with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with free toiletries, a hairdryer and shower. A fridge, a microwave and stovetop are also provided in the kitchen, as well as a kettle. Clean, comfortable & a most helpful staff. The rooms appear to have been recently upgraded from what looks like an older building structure on the outside. The exterior grounds were under construction for renovation while we were there, but we were very happy with our overall stay. The hotel is only a 20 minute drive from the Tongariro Crossing Car Park.

Tongariro Lodge is located in 22 acres of secluded grounds, surrounded by a beautiful garden landscape and along the banks of Tongariro River.

Tongariro Lodge Restaurant specializes in traditional New Zealand dishes, guests enjoy meals by an open fire. Loved the place, very peaceful and organized.
