Absolutely incredible hospitality! On my first day in Palma, I had a major disaster involving the loss of my passport and luggage and the woman at the hotel went out of her way to help me, through her local contacts, to find my possessions even though it was a public holiday and late at night. I am seriously so so grateful!!! The hotel itself has a lovely zen decor, is very clean and ideally situated near the beach.

The room and bathroom was clean, beds comfortable and the A/C functioned just well. The big terrace has a cool side view of the beach where we could see beautiful sunsets in October. We could use an outside shower the last day, because we checked out our room in the morning and we were able to enjoy the beach until later, when we had our flight. I really appreciated that they had soy milk every morning, and I could find something to eat, as I have food allergy.

Would stay at the hotel again, as it was prefect for a quiet nights sleep but close enough to enjoy all of what S'Arenal has to offer. Location was near the airport. it is outside main Palma .Bus 23 takes you straight into the city centre for 2 euros one way ( approx 45mins)

Everyone is so friendly the stuff is just AMAZING. The hotel was clean the breakfast was amazing and FREE water 24 hrs . Pool has been cleaned every day and I've had the best sleeps so comfortably the bed's there .. Thank you so much again 💓 We definitely are coming again !

Mallorca is for those who have in mind only drinking and fattening and of course drugs. They can be bought at any club or restaurant on Palma Broadway. It is impossible to sleep in the hotel, because visitors and hotel residents return there early in the morning (4-6) and are drunk, noisy, brave. The hotel administration is looking into it. Good breakfast but same choice every day. If you don't prefer to spend your vacation at the hotel it's very fair for that money. It's only 30 min from Palma, the beach is clean and the water is beautiful. We just slept there and have breakfast and rest of the day we spent exploring the island.
