The hotel offers a spa and wellness area with facilities including a fitness centre, heated pool and Turkish bath. Massage services are available and there is also a hairstylist. We were looking for a place to have a relaxed time at the beach, good food and great service. We found it here and more! We truly loved or stay. At the check in they announced to us that they have given us an upgrade and the room was wonderful. The food is delicious and diverse. The food is serve in a Buffet style and also they offer a menu as well if you want to order at the table. At breakfast the basic beverages are included. In the evening the beverage are not. The spa is wonderful to have a quite time. The beach is stunning. A magnificent coastline of fine white sand flanked by natural dunes and crystal clear waters. The pool is great and the activities given by Tina are enjoyable she does a great job! The shows in the evenings are wonderful to have a great time after dinner and drinks if you want. The access to the hotel is easy and either by taxi/shuttle or by the direct public bus from the airport it works perfectly, the only difference between the two is the price, you can choose whichever and you will reach the hotel at the door. Mobility is easy you can walk to many near areas with shops, supermarket and restaurants. Or take a taxi or bus to the other parts of Alcudia or Mallorca in general to visit. If you rent a car you can park it on the premises of the hotel. As a note: if you are looking for a more lively or young people type of experience this hotel is not for you the demographic is more for Families with children and Mature people. The personnel is helpful and very interested in your needs and wishes, just ask them! Thank you to all the staff for their lovely way to treat us. We will surely come back

Bordoy Continental Valldemossa is situated within the Tramuntana Mountains, 400 metres above sea level. It features free WiFi throughout and its own 200m² swimming pool.

Guests can enjoy free parking and there is a bicycle garage and a bike repair shop. The hotel is surrounded by natural gardens, and has an on-site café-bar and a restaurant with a terrace. The property was absolutely beautiful, clean, bright. The location was beautiful although far away from the rest of the city (you can't really access anything on foot). The garden was gorgeous with some goats walking around it. Pool was nice. Restaurant and lobby staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating to any request. Rooms were spacious and clean with a beautiful view (absolutely recommend paying extra for sea view). The place in general was very peaceful and positive.

There is a comfortable yet modern minimalist decor which features throughout the hotel building. This is characterised by the stylish bar, but can also be seen by the pool, within the refined restaurant and in the elegant spa facilities. the stuff is friendly ,facilities clean , loction next to the beach. overall a positive experience, i recommend it for 2-3 days to relax

But most of all, the service was very special - all requests, such as gluten-free breakfast, were taken care of, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive! We will definitely be back!!!

The location was centrally located in Sollier, just down and around the corner from the main square and trolley station Impeccably designed, clean with white marble floors, fresh flowers in vases everyday, and a mini kitchenette served our family of 3 perfectly. (My husband and I were traveling with our 25yr old daughter for a family wedding ). Lastly , seems trivial, but when we would return to condo and standing at the beautiful glass doors using the secure key code we felt quite exclusive popping into our little marble foyer away from the hustle and bustle. You simply can’t complain about anything here - other than the elevator being a bit slow. We loved it
