It’s a fantastic hotel with a wonderful location right at the beautiful Playa de Muro beach. Very nice facilities and the food in the restaurant is just terrific. The breakfast and dinner buffets are wonderful. The staff is excellent; very nice and supreme service. The “older”, gray haired hotel manager is always around, greeting, smiling and talking to guests and passionate about every guest’s well-being and taking immediate care of any remarks/wishes. Unfortunately the other, “younger”, dark-haired manager isn’t at all that nice. Barely greets guests and has a angry, bitter face expression. Not a single time (!) during our 3 week stay did we see him smile at guests or chit-chat friendly.

Hotel location is great. It is just a short walk away from the beach. All the staff was nice and very helpful. One of their staff named Sammy was great with all the childrens. My little one was already missing her as soon as we left. She played with them in the pool and also did crafts with them. The restaurant staff was very helpful with my daughter's food allergies. They told me what was safe for her to eat. They even prepared her food separetly so it wouldn't get cross contaminated with her allergens. Would also like to add that their media pension option (breakfast and dinner buffets) is great for the price. The food was delicious. We will definetly return if we have a chance.

I rarely write reviews, but I couldn’t stop myself now as this hotel is excellent, it felt like 5*, not 4*. They kindly upgraded our room to suite that was amazing. View is stunning, food is delicious, best I ever had in a hotel- lots of fish, seafood and everything is so well cooked. And the bakery exceptional.

Everyone working at the hotel was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Hotel is beautifully situated very close to the beach and the natural reserve. The breakfast was excellent with a little variation every day, dinner was also very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The buffet was fresh and varied for the majority of things. The Royal Suite has an amazing view and terrace and was extremely nice. The bar staff in the main bar were friendly as were the breakfast team. Half board is good value but €40pp for dinner is too much when it’s self service and there is a really nice fish restaurant at the roundabout right next door.

They make sure to tend to all the needs of guests and nothing was too much for them. The amenities for children are amazing. (Mini disco was a big hit!) Beautiful pools and places to relax in the sun, as well as being walking distance to the most beautiful beach. Alcudia is a treat in itself. We loved the 2 bedroom apartment for our family. The grill restaurant is an absolute must if you are staying here. Alessandro and Joanna make a phenomenal team and the food is out of this world.BridgetFamily with young children

Miguel clearly communicated with us and was eager to help. we had a minor issue with the apartment during our stay and he quickly worked to resolve the issue. The apartment we had included everything we needed for our stay. As full disclosure, apartment is a little dated and was the only reason I didn’t mark all :D. however I have no issue fully recommending Mirada de Alcudia for a wonderful beach vacation.

We requested a balcony overlooking the pool and this was accommodated. The cleaners were great, had our sheets changed multiple times. The grounds of the hotel are lovely and well maintained. Pool areas nice and well kept. Reception staff friendly and helpful. We didn’t eat at the main restaurant as we ate out for our evening meals but the snack bar was good for lunch times.

A short distance from the sea, but the beach near the hotel is very crowded. Since we had a car, we went to a different beach every day. Just a short drive and the beaches are empty. Accommodation absolute comfort, clean, tidy every day. Otherwise the beaches are beautiful!!! Gradual access to the sea. I warmly recommend not only Mallorca, but also the hotel. And the most important – the place is rather quiet, no "aram-zam-zam" every evening. Kids enjoyed all the pools and entertainment, easy access to beach and we did not found anything which would bore us. There is a market, restaurants, entertainmnet so you don't need to go out of the hotel when you don't want. If you are traveling with similar age kids, I can only recomend this hotel.
