My son and I had an extra-ordinary stay at Marquez House. John and Alvàrez went out of their way to make our stay in Valencia special. They had restaurant tips which were excellent, our room was splendid, the breakfast team was super nice and the food was very good. Marquez House has a wonderful location, central and quiet. We had the most wonderful stay! The girls at the reception were very nice, so the check-in experience was fast & nice. The apartment was spacious, very clean with literally everything you could need. The location is ultra central, and you can get everywhere by foot or bus. Highly recommend!

I liked the location a lot (walking distance to Ciudad de Ciencia, Beach and metro line 5 to the airport). Many restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment is spacious, very clean, 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. The host is a very nice and warm person. I would recommend the place - on my next visit to Valencia, I would stay there again.

The home appliances are from good brands (such as Philips, Samsung, etc) and not cheap stuff like it is seen in similar accommodations. The kitchen´s cabinets are not new, however they are ok. Bianca keeps the apartment really clean, that is rare nowadays in similar places. Bus stops and metro stations are 2 blocks away and quite convenient. Same with supermarkets.
