Excellent location, close to supermarkets, the city center, and the train station. The house is quite pleasant, clean, and well-equipped. There was a small miscommunication over parking, but we resolved it. Also, they could leave extra towels because we payed for four people and got two sets of towels. Otherwise, everything was amazing.

Very convenient location, as we came by train from Florence-just 5min to the apartment which is large and everything is nicely arranged. All that you need is in the kitchen. The rooms have very comfortable beds and nice bedding. We even were able to watch the US Open tennis final and Djokovic winning Medvedev. At the end I have made stupid mistake-I closed the door and left the key in the door inside, but Manuela has solved the issue :)

There were interesting LED lights above the shower. Abundant and tasty breakfast prepared by the lovely lady in the kitchen. The hotel is near the Montecatini station, about an eight minute walk. The receptionist was really nice to us and always made sure we were comfortable and all of our needs were met! The was also a sink in the restaurant from which you can fill your water bottles with mineral water any time you want! I highly recommend this hotel!
