We loved our stay here. Admittedly we were given an upgrade, which was much appreciated as we were celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary. The apartment was spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. The swimming pool wasn't huge, but big enough to cool down. It had a lovely ambience. The location was great, in the "Venice" of Livorno and walking distance to great eateries. The breakfast was also good. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

It also provided access to Netflix for relaxing evenings after busy days of exploration. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary utensils, and the proximity to supermarkets and restaurants added an extra layer of convenience. This place was the perfect base for our family vacation in Livorno, Pisa and Florence. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone, especially families, looking for a pleasant and relaxing getaway in a superb location!

    Very clean apartment, good location, has everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom, good Wi-Fi.  Friendly owner, t here is paid parking nearby. I definitely recommend this place

    This is a great location with strong wifi. I was greeted by a very friendly host who showed me around everything I need to know. I was even able to find street parking. I enjoyed the fact that the room had Netflix and YouTube. The shower was a nice size, not the traditional European tiny shower. I felt very safe and secure and staff was very friendly.

    Nice place to stay. Near free parking, 20 min to Piza. Washing machine and kitchen to prepare food.
