Set in the pretty town of Llanes in the region of Asturias, this modern hotel is situated in the heart of the town near the port.

The hotel’s convenient location means you can easily get to the town centre with its restaurants, shops and nightlife on offer. I've known the hotel from decades ago and I returned after so long. I was so pleasantly surprised that the hotel was so nicely renovated, the staff were all so kind a professional. The location can't be better, central yet off the noisy main street. I'll definitely return.

Family run for many years , they knew how to do it and place was spotless. dinning room quite special, converted chapel, service excellent , efficient and fabada menu excellent value.

The property is non-smoking and is set 800 metres from Plaza de la Constitución. The hotel is completely new - just opened a few months ago. So everything is clean and undamaged. The decor is tasteful, the location is great. The hotel is built on an empty plaza that sits above a parking garage and mall - that in itself is not particularly inspiring. But it is just a few minute walk from Gascona, the main restaurant and sidreria street in Oviedo. The staff were all super friendly and gave us tips for what to do in the area. We took a nice walk up the hills around the town to see some of the pre-Roman churches there, which offered great views of the city as well.

The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, full-day security and luggage storage for guests. It was a cute little inn, very quiet and clean, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. A great location if you want to discover the Picos de Europa region and do some hiking around there. The host is great and amazingly helpful, the breakfast was luxurious and filling, a great way to start your day.

The apartment was very clean with a well equipped kitchen and well stocked bathrooms. The two bedrooms were of good size, as were the 2 toilets. The water pressure was good. Excellent value for money. Very helpful hosts who were available on WhatsApp to assist throughout.

We’ve been on the road for over a month, ( hotels, apartments etc). This one has knocked spots off the rest ( including Airb’nb ones at twice the cost) A modern renovation of an older building it had us smiling from the staircase on our arrival ( there is a lift) to when we left. Balconies, high ceilings, smart to & spotless.

There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, a lift and organising tours for guests. Hani it is so warm and welcoming and thoughtful about leaving croissants and coffee. The apartment is immaculate. My location is good near everything yet quiet we were sorry not to be able to say goodbye to Hani. And she kept trying to call us, but we were out of reach of Internet at our next stay for the first 24 hours!
