Situated right at the bank of the well-known Blausee lake with its crystal-clear blue water, this hotel features a gourmet restaurant offering trout and other delicious treats. I got a single room, that was very small however comfortable. The location of the hotel is amazing, my room had a view to the mountains and it was beautiful. Breakfast is served from 8am and it is a la carte, I ordered an omelette with bacon and a crepes, delicious! Blausee Lake is incredible! I recommend to visit it.

The Bernerhof Swiss Quality Hotel is situated in the heart of Kandersteg, in the Bernese Oberland. It offers panoramic mountains views, a restaurant and a small spa area. Everything exceeded my expectation. I arrived before the check in time, left my luggage at the counter, and when I came back from Oeschinensee, the luggage was already in my room! The view from my room was fantastic. At night, I was able to see the milky way despite the annoying street lights. Also, the moon shone through the room, creating a magical ambience.

The hotel is centrally located and surrounded by a large park. You will find a cheerful and familiar atmosphere combined with best Swiss hotel tradition. It is a grand alpine hotel, we had a corner room with great views. The breakfast was excellent and the service staff very nice. Sarah, at the front desk was great!

The Hotel Alpina is a child- and family-friendly hotel with a big garden in Kandersteg in the Bernese Oberland. A joyful journey. The room is warm and comfortable.Facilities are clean and tidy. The owner is such a kind couple, helps us out of the forest in the desperate darkness, and even provided us a decent dinner at 11PM. The location has a perfect view of the Alps. It’s always a good choice here if one want to stay a couple of nights at kandersteg.

Very great property. We had breakfast with the birds. There was a lot to do in the location, and we could see the trains passing in the distance.

Specially if you are planing to leave zermatt after enjoying jungfraujoch area, frutigen is the best area to stay. Specially need to mention the staff, they was amazing. Very friendly and supportive.

The Blümlisalp is a popular family-run hotel in a beautiful setting at the foothills of the Blümlisalp mountain in Kandersteg, right by the bus stop. Delicious breakfast with many options: bread varieties, Müesli, fruit, meats, cheese, and amazing coffee. This is the meal we looked forward to every day. Exceptional!
