Brøndums Hotel in Skagen is authentic Danish cultural history and has been a gathering point and meeting place in Skagen since the time of the Skagen Painters. I had such a wonderful stay at Brøndum’s. The staff were beyond helpful, the breakfast included was so much more than I expected, and the hotel was exceptionally clean (and historic!). I stayed in the Admiral’s Garden (annex). I’d highly recommend it if you are on a budget. The room was very spacious, had a sink, storage and amenities. There was no problem sharing the private bathroom facilities, especially in November.

Located in Hulsig, 16 km from Grenen Sandbar Spit, Hotel Inger provides accommodation with a garden, private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. We loved out stay at Hotel Inger. The room was comfy and clean, the hosts are so friendly and the breakfast was amazing. We arrived with car and there was free parking outside of the hotel. Ca. 10 min drive to the town of Skagen and others sights are also nearby. Would stay again :)

Situated in central Skagen, Hotel Plesner offers free Wi-Fi and is newly renovated in 2024. Sønderstrand Beach is within 10 minutes’ walk. Each room at Plesner Hotel has a private bathroom with... Excellent breakfast and very nice staff! Very close to stores and restaurants. We could walk to everything.

This family-run hotel is situated in Skagen’s historic district, Østerby, 350 metres from the harbour. A public beach is less than 5 minutes’ walk away. The staff were unfailingly helpful, friendly and hospitable. The hotel is beautifully decorated and has a lovely old world charm while being spotlessly clean, airy and light. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in - the perfect example of Danish "hygge"- because for me the quality of the hotel is not to do with how many wellness suites there are, or if there are 10 sorts of pickled herring to chose from at breakfast. It's to do with the owners making choices which chime with my taste. So you could say that is a boutique hotel at tourist prices! Wonderful!

Situated by Skagen Harbour, this property provides free WiFi and parking. It offers rooms just 5 minutes’ walk from sandy beaches. Skagen Train Station is 1 km away. Great experience all around! Plenty of free underground parking was the start. Friendly staff and a recommendation for their Fish restaurant during check in. The room was cozy and well kept. Bed was comfortable with soft linens and warm blankets. The breakfast was beyond what was expected and I’ll be dreaming about it for a long time (see photo). So many fresh and well thought out items. Overall, a great experience.

Color Hotel Skagen is 5 minutes’ walk from Frederikshavnsvej Train Station. It offers fine dining and free private parking. Leisure options include a sauna and outdoor pool and spa. Great place. Lots of greenery around the hotel, great service. Very good breakfast.

This hotel lies in central Skagen, 80 metres from Skagen Train Station. It features an on-site restaurant and cosy café. All rooms have a TV and a private bathroom with a shower. Very centrally located. We had corner room with view onto the central part of the city. Breakfast was very good. Free parking right on property.
