The hotel is up a very large hill and as we arrived by bike on a day when the hotel restaurant was closed, she drove us to a local restaurant and arranged a taxi for our return journey!

Offering a garden and quiet street view, La grange de la vallée is set in Hamars, 28 km from Ornano Stadium and 29 km from Racecourse of Caen. Great value, complete home at a very reasonable price in the countryside. Charming hosts, very clean homely place. Good french breakfast. A ten minute drive to the nearest town for restaurants.

Our stay at this B&B was absolutely fantastic! The hospitality and warm welcome from the owners were wonderful. The room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a day outside. The highlight was undoubtedly the breakfast - varied, delicious, and prepared with care. The B&B's location was ideal, close to all attractions of la Suisse normande, yet very quiet for a peaceful night's sleep. The owners were helpful and provided excellent tips on the local restaurants. We highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay.
