Owners are very friendly and helpful, speaking fluent English. They have provided a lot of information about Lovran and Opatija riviera including free tours. Old town tour is highly recommended. Also we have received a lot of recommendations for the next stay in Croatia. We would come again.

Food was delicious!! Room was perfect, staff is so helpful. Beds are so comfortable. Room view is magical. Every night there is live music at the outside bar. Location is perfect. Infinity pool is right below hotel and the water on the beach below pool is so clear. Everything was great!

The sea view was gorgeous. The location right on the Lungomare was excellent. The parking garage, while harrowing entering and exiting, was convenient. Great breakfast with very nice server on the veranda. Nice lobby bar with good snacks.

On the check in we got a free seaview balcony room, wich really suprised us positively. We liked the location, staff, facilities and our pet felt like home. The food was amazing, we gained 3 kilos :(

The hotel is nice, with a suitable location near the center of Lovren and close to Opatija. Both places offer nice seaside and street walks, restaurants and shops, with Lovren being a bit more authentic. The hotel is renovated with good facilities. The staff is very friendly and nice, ready to crack a joke or just chat. The mansard room was unexpectedly great, with blinds stretching over a large portion of the room and making it beautifully bright and sky open - great design. The view was stunning, covering both the entire Kvarner bay and the interior. The breakfast was excellent, offering one of the best choices of fruits, cheeses, breads, pastries, drinks, etc. with lots of vegetarian options.

Perfect hotel, with small, but very nice and comfortable rooms. The location is perfect, and the amenities, which you can find also in the nearby Marina hotel are very nice for families. Stuff is really kind and nice. Breakfast is delicious.

The hotel was very luxurious: with outside pool, inside pool, spa, restaurant, two cafes, etc. The room was nice, well furnished and had a balcony.

I liked the personnel, the food, the interior design and the location. It was a very nice stay.

Impressive breakfast options as they had a lot of choices: variety of bread (corn, white, toast, buns) , fruit, jogurts, eggs, vegetables, cheese selection, ham, salads, different cereals, jams, sweet corner. It was a really rich selection of food and always refilled so nothing was missing. Compliments to all breakfast staff as there was always a clean table available no matter how busy it was in the morning. Great choice of coffee, tea and juice. I had a lovely modern room with a balcony and it was a complimentary upgrade, very comfy beds. The accommodation staff are brillant - the whole hotel is spotless, it truly is clean everywhere. Staff in all departments were very polite and friendly, always a smile. You can swim right in front of the hotel, they have sunbeds available for rent and space for people who do wish to use the sunbeds, so that was nice. It was nice that I could leave my luggage after checkout at reception while waiting for my bus to go home. Hope to come again soon.

The view is superb. The staff was really helpful and very friendly.

Staff was professional and helpful over the phone, even before we decided to book. After we arrived, it was clear that this hotel offers excellent service. We even received a free room upgrade, and the room was quite nice, clean, and comfortable. Food was great and diverse, at least for my taste, but someone picky may have other opinions. The swimming pool is small but nice. The spa area,where I spent most of the time, is well designed and pleasant, but keep in mind that no bath suits are allowed :)
