We loved the relaxing and quiet atmosphere a bit far from Ella town. Good a la carte breakfast where you can choose from Continental with egg or Sri Lankan.

We stayed for two night and I couldn’t get over sitting and enjoying breakfast/ tea overlooking the valley and watching the train roll by every hour. You also have a view of the mini waterfall. The room is spacious.

The host went way beyond the normal couldn’t do enough for us. The view from the room was just as good as the photos led you to believe. The breakfast was incredible. Would totally recommend this place!

We did have a really good time at the Cozy Cottage Hotel, even if I felt sick. 3 Nights, stunning view over the hills of Ella, very clean facility, very friendly staff with a very professional hotel manager (I was sick and the staff took very good care for me and brought extra tea and health products). Thanks for such a friendly treatment. The Breakfast and Food at the restaurant was also very tasty. Close by there are some small hiking trails and the train station. By Tucktuck, you are in a short time to the center of Ella.

So peaceful and just lovely all round after a hectic couple of weeks travelling round Sri Lanka.

The view was fantastic. So beautiful and serene. You would occasionally see the train go by. Train station just downstairs so very conveniently located. Dave was an amazing host. Breakfast was custom made every morning, with a lot of love and attention. I absolutely loved staying at this hotel and I would love to go back for a longer period.
