the staff was incredibly helpful and kind! There was some miscommunication right off the bat, but the concierge was so sweet and they gave us a free upgrade for the inconveniences. The room was absolutely phenomenal, everything was clean and comfortable. We all loved the outdoor pool/hot tub. The restaurant was phenomenal- elk truffle fries were our fave! Location is perfect, it’s such a short drive into Grand Teton National Park. All-in-all this hotel is top notch and I would absolutely stay here again!

This apartment was amazing! It had clearly been recently refurbished and beautifully decorated it was in excellent condition and a pleasure to return to after long days spent visiting Yellowstone and Grand Teton national parks. Fully equipped we wanted for nothing, home from home! Great location, you can walk into Jackson town centre with restaurants, bars and several decent supermarkets within easy reach. Five star apartment we would return here on a future visit without hesitation.

Outstanding Happy Hour with wine and charcuterie board, met wonderful fellow guests and had a blast playing Euchre, rented Electric Bikes fro hotel and went to Grand Teton National park which was AWESOME! Owner Keith was warm and helpful! House was beautiful with a fire in the fireplace. Delicious breakfast prepared by Jacob with amazing yogurt raspberry parfets, omelets, streudel, and juices. Wonderful room, linens, and bed!

Everything was above our expectations! The cabin was perfect and so cute. Very convenient location, Great pool and hot tub. Breakfast had the best options of any of the hotels we stayed at on the vacation. Great coffee, hot chocolate options. Bakery items like long johns, banana bread, really yummy. We would love to come to stay here again if we get back to Jackson. Great location to see Grand Teton National Park.

The location is great though we selected it because of it being close to The Grand Teton national park but the road to entrance to the park from the hotel was closed. The room is nicely done and very comfortable. The breakfast was good. They serve restaurant style and cater to our needs.

The location was good for accessing Yellowstone National Park (1.5-2 hours) and Grand Teton National Park (0.5-1 hour). Restaurants in downtown Jackson were easily available. All the staff were very kind.

The Wyoming Inn at Jackson Hole was a wonderful hotel with an helpful staff. Loved the easy access to both downtown and Grand Teton National Park. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

The location of the inn is great, right between Jackson and its airport. Grand Teton National Park is really close too. The staff was very friendly, and we got a nice basket of free snacks.

The hotel was in a good location in Jackson. It was a short drive to Grand Teton National Park, our final destination.

We loved the swimming area and the jacuzzi , I hoped though there were a heaters in the swimming area , the water is warm but when we get out of the water the winds were so cold we had to go inside quickly . I hope they install heater system around the pool area so people can swim more often in winter.

Stay at the Irma Hotel if you're in Cody, WY! It has great character and ambiance. We had a huge room with 2 queen beds, antique dresser, table, TV, refrigerator, and pretty large bathroom for a hotel room. There was a sink in the bedroom in addition to the sink in the bathroom! That's a bonus in my opinion! We loved the space. Beds were comfortable, and the a/c and refrigerator worked well. We ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant, and it too was bragworthy. The food was great, and the decor was amazing with pictures of Buffalo Bill and other notable Cody residents, along with numerous elk, deer, moose, and bull heads along the walls. Also, the beautiful cherry bar gifted to Buffalo Bill by the Queen of England is in the dinning room along the wall. I highly recommend you stay here if you can, or at least have a meal there. It's worth it!

Stunning location and great activities

Breakfast was excellent; little pricy but good food. I wish there was a microwave in the room.

The room was clean and spacious. It was great having cooking facilities and table and chairs. The beds were also comfortable. We were delayed on arrival because of bad weather and the staff were so accommodating, returned our call and made arrangements so that we could do a late check-in well after 11pm. Thank you.
