There was a lovely calm atmosphere, the staff were super and everything was just perfect. The conceirge Peter (?) was exceptionally helpful. We stayed two nights on our US roadtrip over the Easter weekend and the hotel and the town were just amazing.

This Santa Barbara, California hotel is located 3 miles from Stearn’s Wharf on the Pacific Ocean. The hotel offers free WiFi and cable TV in every room. Got upgraded to a kitchenette - the size of the room was excellent and had everything I needed. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful! Great location, too.

Located less than a minutes’ walk to the beach, this pet-friendly Santa Barbara motel offers an outdoor pool and modern guest rooms with cable TV. State Street is 5 minutes’ drive away. Very clean and updated comfortable room. Close to the ocean but far from State Street and cafés and shops. I many of the staff are finally covered when I first arrived, and they were not welcoming or friendly. There was luggage being stored, and I asked if I could store mine because I had to run to a work meeting and I would be back in the late afternoon, and they refused. Then they charged me a $20 early check-in fee and I was only there three hours early. The manager looked at me but didn’t smile and just kept talking to the staff about a training very loudly and acted as if she wasn’t happy that I was there. I felt unwelcome.
