There is so much to like about the Diamond Luxury Hotel. First of all, the staff was amazing. Hieu, after just one call, was able to book our transportation to and from Hanoi and our day cruise on Ha Long Bay and he did it perfectly. We even asked to change around some of our activities after booking and it was no problem at all. In addition, the value for the money of this place is incredible as the rooms were modern and clean, and the views from the 9th floor Bar and Restaurant were simply amazing. I would highly recommend this establishment.

The dining experience surpassed our expectations with an array of delectable dishes that appealed to every palate. Whether you're a fan of traditional Vietnamese cuisine or craving international flavors, there's something to satisfy every taste bud. As for our accommodation, it was nothing short of splendid. Our cabin not only provided comfort but also treated us to breathtaking views of Ha Long Bay. Waking up to the majestic sight right from our bed was truly an unforgettable experience, making our stay even more memorable.

Wendy, the cruise director, was a joy to talk to and her team made a skeptical cruiser a believer. The ship itself is beautiful and stands as a clear cut above the rest of the Ha Long Bay vessels. The food was very hit or miss but my party and I found the beef dinner option to be one of the best meals we had during our stay in Vietnam. The room was an unexpected highlight of this experience with probably the most luxurious feeling shower I've ever gotten the privilege to experience.

Everything about this little hotel. We booked the king room and it was totally worth it. My girlfriend was delighted with the room condition. Clean, everything brand new, clean bathtub, toilet with electrical bidet, a shower room...to sum up, it is well equipped. Staff were super friendly, even recommended us to take a Ha Long Bay cruise tour package in which we totally had a blast with. I would recommend anyone looking for a cozy stay to take this hotel up with no hesitation.

Really great hotel in all ways. Amazing facilities such as two pools, a large gym, two restaurants and a rooftop bar. Furthermore, our room was spacious and clean, with a nice view over Ha Long Bay. The staff is friendly and we even had the chance of meeting the restaurant manager who offered us a tailored 11 courses menu. Lastly, the breakfast in this hotel is the most extensive and incredible I have ever seen. Next time we’re in Ha Long, we’ll definitely book this hotel again!

We stayed in this hostel one night. Staff very warm and friendly. We ate there and the food was DELICIOUS! Fresh spring roll with vegetables were amazing, we ordered them two times! Food is at a good price too (start from 30k VND for the main course to 300k VND) Good location when you arrive by bus. Not far from the Cannon fort. We also booked a 2 days tour on Ha Long Bay, which was a good deal, and arrange our transportation for the next step there!

The hotel itself is immaculate, the staff go above abd beyond in every single capacity. I would like to give a special mention about Pham Viet Ahn (Benjamin) who looked after me and my girlfriend throughout with a constant smile as well as giving us a free upgrade. Also amazing were Than Duc Nguyen and Nghia who welcomed us very warmly. The room was exceptional with panoramic views from multiple bay windows across Ha long bay.

Definitely a highlight on our Vietnam trip and an absolute must! Ha Long Bay is amazing. The Erina staff was super friendly and very helpful, especially Kim and Lucas, who looked after us. We did have one small issue, we booked an extra large double bed but instead got two singles, Kim immediately offered to move us to a different room to accommodate our needs. We would definitely recommend this cruise!

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. I was getting a night bus from Ha Gaing that arrived in Ha Long Bay at 4am. The check in staff stayed up to allow me to check in. They organised a day cruise for me and I was able to get some laundry done. When I was checking out the lady gave me some Vietnamese sweets and orange juice while I waited for my bus to take me to Hanoi. Thank you.

Ha Long Bay is definitely worth to see and this is one with max 42 guests so you never feel crowded. Hotel staff was amazing, they always tried to help, serve us during our stay. Tom, the hotel manager informed us on the program frequently and also shared info about the culture & area. He also helped us to arrange transportation to go back with limousine which I highly recommend.

Really good and clean apartment. Really well equipped with washing machine, utensils to cook etc. Situated in a beautiful location along Ha Long Bay. Offers great views of the surrounding being on the 11th floor. The owner Angela was very helpful and provided us extra items like detergent powder when we needed it urgently even when they were not part of our original booking.

Friendly & informative staff! they provide us all information regarding Cat Ba island that is extremmelly helpful! They assisted us to book Ha Long Bay 2 days 1 night Overnight Cruise that was supper awazing! Spacious & comfortable room. The Retreat is very peaceful with a lot of tropical trees. Very good breakfast with tasty Vietnamese coffee 100% Recommended

Highly recommend this hotel! the staff will go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and are always available. The hotel manager, Tom assisted with all the arrangements be it from airport pick up, special room requests, ha long bay cruise and drop off to Hanoi everything was taken care of. Can’t emphasise enough what a pleasure it was to stay at this property.

Staff took care of everything and organised many activities: kayaking around Ha Long Bay, visiting caves in Cat Ba, squid fishing and Tai Chi, which kept us entertained at all times whilst also giving plenty of tjme to relax. There is no need to say how beautiful and breathtaking the views where. All in all, an experience I would recommend to anyone visiting Vietnam.

The staff were very attentive, sometimes too attentive but did the best they could to help us. Hotel was very spacious and when we went, we were probably the only guests in the hotel so we had all the space we wanted in the pool. The staff has been extremely helpful with booking taxis and tours for us. One of the few places in Ha Long Bay with air conditioning.

If you don’t need to use swimming pool, gym or don’t need to have hotel’s free breakfast, so you definitely should stay at this property because it was located in A La Carte Ha Long Bay Hotel, but because it is being run by a private host so price is much more reasonable than hotel’s rooms. The host was nice. And the room was as beautiful and as good as hotel’s.

The Restaurant was very good and had a lot of different Vietnamese dishes. The breakfast was also good but you had to chose one dish out of a list. It is not like a buffet. And at the Rezeption they booked a bus for us for our way to Ninh Binh. The boat tour to the Ha Long Bay we booked at the Rezeption too and worked very well for 450.000 Dong.

Tour guide Tuan was great and they pick you up and return you to Hanoi hotel (for an additional charge). For the price compared to other cruises it was good value - you get what you pay for. Everything is very well planned and runs on time and Ha Long Bay itself is worth the visit. The food was very good and abundant also.

We had a fabulous time with Genesis on Ha Long Bay. From the moment we were collected from our hotel in Hanoi, everything went smoothly. The cruise staff were excellent, especially Henry, and they went out of their way to make sure everyone on board had a wonderful trip.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic views of Ha Long Bay. Reception and dining staff is friendly, professional, and very helpful. Rooms are modern, well appointed and comfortable. We had an issue with our initial room and staff resolved quickly even providing an upgraded room.
