Suited right on the end the of the hill with an amazing view of Lake Toya. Building looks older but once you get inside to check in, we were quite pleasantly surprised. Staff greeted us as we pulled into the drive to offer to take in our bags. Had a great introduction and brief tour around the building. Room was amazing. Just as advertised with an amazing view of the lake from our room. A private bath on the balcony although it’s just hot water bath, not Onsen. The public Onsen was great. Two pools: one indoor and one outdoor. All you need for some relaxation. Overall, had a great stay and got more than what we expected. Thanks for the comfy stay!

Facilities were fantastic, the nicest rooms, onsen (and sauna!) of our entire trip. A great base if you want to daytrip up to the skifields of Rusutsu (30~40 mins by local bus), and want to get out of the overly Westernised trappings of the resort.
