Would have been nice if they included more dishwasher tablets and cleaning liquid that did a better job cleaning pots.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. The lady who checked us in was really nice as were all the cleaning staff we saw throughout our stay.

Too far from slopes The description was ski to door but there was no way that would happen. The ski slopes were about 10 min walk away

In the heart of El Tarter. Very short walk to the slopes. Really well equipped apartment which was clean and well maintained. Staff were so friendly and very helpful.

Location was 5 mins walk to the ski lift. Lovely and clean with all facilities within the apartment new and in working order. Helpful and friendly staff with excellent communication before and during arrival.

Wish the parking would’ve been less tighter and it doesn’t take forever to park and get out (was driving ford Kuga). Also wish the staff would’ve been more available during the evening so they could’ve responded my heat related inquiry not the next day, and they easily could’ve left a couple of coffee pods in the apartment instead of charging money, you know snow sports rely heavily on coffee and beer 😄

Great location, walkable to El Tarter gondola for skiing or any fun stuff you wanna do on the mountain based on the weather. Very clean, spacious, modern, and have proper elevator straight from the parking. Have all things you need.

Not so much didn’t like but I would suggest you put a small bottle of olive oil as well as salt & pepper in the rooms — these are the very basics for cooking using the pan and it’s a bit unwieldy to buy them all when you are only staying for a few days

Ski school were disorganised. If it wasn't for ski school it would have been a 9/10 trip! (get private lessons for your children and don't bother about the group lessons). I'm not talking about the instructors as they were all awesome. The organisation of the school itself was atrocious.

The hosts of the apartment were wonderful, the apartment was comfortable and clean.

Mattress on sofa bed needs to be thicker or have a topper to put on it. (like on the other beds). The TV could be bigger so you can enjoy film nights. Having some basic provisions such as salt and pepper, sauces and oils would be nice to have. The ski bus service stops at 4pm so unless you drive it is difficult to go to the restaurants in the other parts of Grandvalira.

Friendly receptionist. lovely clean apartment with well equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms - one with a 4'6" double bed - very comfortable and with good sized bathroom - bath and shower in the bath. The second was only a single bed in an odd shaped room but there wa s a wardrobe and chair in this triangle shaped room and the bed was comfortable. Second shower room. There was a double sofa bed in the sitting room - the mattress on one part was quite thin but ok apparently for a couple of days. The other part is the sofa cushions. TV provided. The chair lift was a 10 minute walk from the garage where there is a good sized ski locker. We drove to the restaurants in Soldeu. Recommend Cort de Popaire in particular there and in El Tarter the Trattoria de St Pietro.

The duvets were too hot. Needed sheets and blankets. Pillows were not good quality. The couch was tired and old and needs replacing.

the double room is actually 2 separated beds and not 1 double bed which caused us falling a bit or not sleeping together closely as they move

Not a great view from the balcony and lilliputian parking spot (anything bigger than a Polo will hardly fit)

Well organized apartment, close to slopes if you are into skiing and relatively modern
