The hotel had a cosy flair, excellent breakfast buffet which we could add on later and the room had an unbeatable view on the mountains.

The cleaning stuff and bed linen were just as soon as you entered the corridor on the first floor, which I disliked a lot.

The spa is not worth the price which is 15 Eur/hour per person. The sauna was a bit cold, I think only around 70-75 degrees (while normally it should be at least 90), and the hammam wasn't working at all. There are also two jacuzzies, they were more or less fine but still a bit colder. Maybe it would be good to make them of different temperatures: one is hotter and another one is colder.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The view from the balcony and from the breakfast/dinner area is fantastic. It was my birthday when I lived there and I am definitely very glad that I stayed at this hotel. The staff is very polite and nice, they arranged a surprise for my birthday with a bottle of wine and fruits, it was so awesome.

There is a cart to transport luggage to your room, but it's hard to use, because there are 3 steps by the main door and another 3 on the floor, where you have to lift the whole cart to get through (which can be really heavy with your bags on it). No vegetables at breakfast. Corridor window next to our room was shattered (no glass in it)

Wa had a nice stay in Abba Ordino Babot. The property is located in a beautiful and quiet place on the mountains over Ordino, surrounded by amazing forests, lovely gardens and beautiful views. The rooms are a bit old but still nice, clean and confortevole. The staff gentle and kind. I would come back for sure.

Breakfast was not the best, there were not many options and the espresso machine did not work properly.

Lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room. Lack of storage space in the bedroom. No bath plug for a bath. The balcony was very worn and shabby.

We had to pay to use the spa, and the pool was half empty and filthy. These are advertised as part of the hotel and you have to pay more money.

No kettle/coffee making facilities in room. Room a little on the small side. Sauna not working, jacuzzi and steam room a bit cool.

Stunning views, lovely staff. Great choice at breakfast. Loved the balcony, lovely walks very nearby, close to telecabin at la massana.

The room was really small and the walls were thin, so we could hear loads of noises. Although the resort is family-oriented, allowing kids to run around during dinner is unacceptable. There should be a separate dinner time for couples without children.

The bed was a little hard and the communal areas were a little too warm for me

Hotel was very clean and the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. Views were amazing and breakfast was nice with a good variety. Loved the bath robes.
