We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomShower head wasn’t attached to the wall holder and shower door missing. Reported to staff but nothing done to repair. Bathroom needed a good clean and redecorated. Toilet brown and toilet brush was disgusting. Only one plug socket to use which wasn’t good.

IrelandThere was a constant smell of sewage in the room. It was disgusting. All our clothes smell since coming home from the room. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Walls are paper thin. Bathroom was dirty and smelly. Shower doors were too small to fit an average size person in. Food in the restaurant for dinner was disgusting. Nachos were cold and gloopy. Electricity goes frequently and lift sometimes does not work. Rooms were very small. A friends room was covered in dog hair on the chair when they arrived.
Breakfast was average, bar staff and Julio were excellent. Strong drinks and very accommodating. Location was good.
