Shower was weirdly designed and the drain was clogged.

The beds could have had more privacy. Maybe with curtains or even a bit of separation would help. I was on the top bunk and adjacent top bunk was attached to mine. The next person was a finger length away from me!

The location is good. The staff was friendly and were able to help in English. The price included towels and bedding. Great deal for that price. The common area is well equipped and quite nice

So heres my promise! I would like to thank Mr. Franco for being extra! Extra nice and extra accommodating. It was my fault that i didnt book ahead of time so i ended up staying at the living room. Well thanks to Mr. Franco for being understanding and taking the risk that he might be in trouble with his boss. I have nowhere to go because everything is fully booked. So thanks to him! I wasnt homeless for a night. I appreciate it!! 💪🏽💪🏽

The toilet was not clean. Behind the toilet were hairs dust and piss. On outside of the toilet bowl also dry piss leakage all the way down. Even there was strikes off piss on the toilet door. I went to supermarket bought some cleaning products, gloves and gave a good scrub.

Location was great. Step away from the lift to a beautiful ski resort. Local supermarket close by. Very comfortable beds. Specious shower with hot water. A bit noisy outside at night but that didn't matter as we were so exhausted after all day skiing and fell a sleep. Equipment lockers available in the basement. I do recommend this Hostal.

Nothing to not like, just a suggestion, if the common area stays open 24/7 it would add to the comfort of the place.

I booked a bed in female dormitory for two nights. The hostel was at a very convenient place with good bus connections and bus stop just in front. Condola lift, to go uphill, was just next to the hostel as well. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Check in was easy. Places to eat, pharmacy, convenience store were just a stone through away. Bed was comfy and clean. I really enjoyed my stay there and would consider staying there again.

The selection of fruit at breakfast seemed variable with items such as honey running out mid stay without being replaced.

Beautifully clean rooms with a welcoming communal area. Even a quiet reading area secreted on the top floor. Amazing value for money.

A great place to stay! Spacious rooms, safe lockers for your stuff, a bit chill but still nice atmosphere, good breakfast (the usual for a hostel but the mini croissants and the coffee were yummy), and excellent location right next to the gondola, around the corner from the supermarket and in front of the bus stop to/from Andorra La Vella

The temperature in the room was always set too high. we had to change it every evening. Other than that on hostel standards everything was great

The rooms are very clean, the bathroom is spacious enough, the lockers inside the room are very easy to use and practical. The common areas : kitchen and reading rooms are very spacious and confortable with a lot of chairs, sofas to chill out. The kitchen has everything you need to eat there. The Hostel is very well located, next to a bus stop, to a ski lift and to a nice restaurant/bar

The breakfast was a little odd for us since we haven’t stayed earlier at a place where breakfast isn’t normally served and you have to do all by yourself and the options to eat are very limited. We would’ve paid more to get some egg, pancakes etc for breakfast.
