The property was beautiful and the staff were all lovely and made our stay extra special. There is everything there you would need. We would love to stay again. We had a 14th floor room the views were incredible. We had booked a palm view room.

Room service is a bit slow I asked them to clean my room two times but nobody did.

The location is great they have everything you need at the hotel very comfortable rooms with an amazing view

Poor quality drinking water in the room, had to buy in the store.

A very nice hotel with activity for every day. Several times visited the water park, aquarium, and so tried the Auqatrek Xtreme program - super. Special thanks to the receptionist Dinara, she helped and explained everything, thank you!

it was my daughters birthday and i asked if it was possible to provide a birthday cake to the room but noone replied. also we had a mix up when we got at the hotel and was made to pay a second time and even after speaking to managment on check out we was asked to pay again, the payments got refunded but it was hassle i didnt want on my daughters birthday when i had paid in advance.

the location was fantasic the breakfast was great but the queing for breakfast was a bit long. the room was super but the pillows were too soft that when you lay on them they felt like i was lay flat on the mattress.

This section should not even exist for a hotel like Atlantis 😄 You are gonna love each and everything at this place

I stayed at atlantis with my friends for a short trip and man it was amazinggg!!! My friends travelled from UK and Pakistan for girls reunion after long time and our stay at atlantis took it to another level 😃 especially we would like to extend our huge thanks to MAZIN at check in counter who facilitated us in the best possible way to make our trip even more memorable. He was very professional, kind and his hospitality was commendable 👏 kudos to you Mazin 😊 There was a Pakistani pathan guy at Valet, Haadi, hopefully i am not mixing the names, he also attended us very very professionally 😊 I would love to visit this place again n again 🙂

Security man (Ameer? at elevator and lobby): Always when he have seen me (last year and now again) only complained to me, that I didn't recommend him ! one year before ! and now I should/could go to the guest desk to ask for help to do this at this Tripadvisor App., cause he need the Certificate. After he did this at my stay this year (again) app. 3 times to me, I was indeed hiding from him and used another level to enter the elevator or other places, where he couldn't catch/see/talk to me, cause I didn't want to have one more of these for me unnecessary talks/experiences with him. Sorry, but there is no reason for me to give a special recommendation, cause he didn't need to do something for me. (And for sure such a behaviour is not what I expect in your otherwise perfect Resort.)

I loved Everything. Especially prais and special great great Thank you to: Mr. BABIN - housekeeping (Level 20) - he was every day absolutely very attentive, courteous and best ever. Another great Thank you to: Concierge Vincent Bijou - he tried different and many ways and really his best to help me to buy tickets for the concert in your resort. A very very big and nice Thank you also to the Retail: Deborah C., Shanti Rai, Ananda - everybody was everytime very very nice, great and helpful to me. Also the very nice lady from small WHS Shop. A big thank you to the whole very nice and helpful team from the Poseidon Café located at the big Aquarium. Everybody else in the whole Resort was everytime and always very friendly.

A bit too crowded , especially during dinner and breakfast time in the restaurants and it was a challenge to enjoy the waterpark with long lines everywhere.

Very clean all around the facility. Rooms are spacious, especially bathroom section is very large and comfy with a shower, toilet and bathtub. Staff is very helpful despite the crowd.

Everything is fine. The room was perfectly clean throughout the entire stay. Many thanks to the employee Mr. Mahabub, who cleaned our room several times a day.
