Absolutely loved everything the room was a big spacious room comfortable beds - everything was clean. The breakfast was delicious it was so wonderful here. Really relaxing the beach is literally a two minute walk and even then the hotel offers a buggy service. Lots of activities or you can just chill on the white sandy beach and have a dip in the water.The facilities are so good too they have a sauna, steam, swimming pool and jacuzzi women and men are separate and we used the spa too it was absolutely brilliant!

The rooms are still clean as always, the housekeeping staff did an amazing job cleaning everyday throughout my stay. The laundry facility is convenient and so are the lockers. The supermarket is a great addition to the hotel and very convenient. The location is great. Its really quiet and peaceful and its a walking distance from the park. Its a great place for a family outing.

The corridor ice machines are no longer there. That was convenient for a late night drinks. They got taken out during COVID and they've not been brought back since. A shame actually. The hotel used to be cheap when I stayed there in 2020. The price went up massively. My 9 day stay cost me what I used to pay for a month. Value for money is no longer there if I look at it that way. The lifts on the left near the drinks needs maintenance (noisy mechanism). The restaurant closes too early.

Absolutely exceptional service staff were extremely helpful and very professional. They go out their way to make your stay amazing and do anything you ask. They were so polite and amazing with my 70 year old mum respectful generous and very kind. I absolutely loved my stay here they also were helpful and reassuring during the major storm that took place.

Location was ok..closest to airport. Check In staff..Nico...not too friendly. Gave us a room on 1st floor that smelled like smoke. Another person at reception allowed us to switch rooms. Samuel was the most helpful at the front desk. Breakfast options also average, nothing great.

Shuttle is too small for demand. Breakfast could have more for vegetarians. Bathroom very small. Shower temperature we couldn't change & shower pressure was less. The head of shower needed a cleaning so water would come out better.

The property is clean and nice view. Breakfast at the Lavazza stand inside the hotel. Very cool and serene. Anis who is one of the bell boys is amazing. Very respectful and dedicated to his work. Anis is indeed helpful and ready to listen.

Room was ok, but near to us was much noise from another room, I told that to the reception, but nothing happended.

- the noise heared from the next room; - the receptionist he has not able to isue an invoice when I asked her; - at the check out moment they let us to wait almost 30 min to bring our luggage down even we was in a hurry to airport and with our 5 years old child.

Our flight was canceled and due to that we lost 2 nights. The hotel did not refund our money despite asking. They would just say we will get back to you and never did. I even asked for free breakfast during our stay if they can’t refund the money, they refused that too. They were not accommodating at all! Their customer service was terrible.
