From the first evening when I arrived, I had an excellent welcome from Anna. Hasan-Ahmed took care of our room to be clean all the time. Everything was more than perfect.

It is a GREAT hotel. Everything is on the highest level. All staff, from the reception, waiters, staff around the hotel - this is a top level. Everyone is very well prepared how to tacle guests' needs. The view from the 17th floor was amazing. The breakfast had a huge variety of products and the staff was impeccable and super kind. Room was spacious, clean and the bed was super comfortable. Nice pool ! Great restaurant, Ossiano is just a world class highlight. This hotel is as close to perfection as it can only be.

I know this is not something the hotel is responsible for, but on our floor there were a few families which had teenagers that between 12AM-2AM were running and screaming on the hole ways, two nights in a row I had to talk with their parents, this is unacceptable and disrespectful behavior from the guests.

One of the rare 5* hotels, that deserves all of the stars. We had a very nice room with the balcony, with great view over the palm. Service is excellent, very fast and reliable. Everything runs smoothly with practically no waste of time. Food is delicious, lots of varieties for every taste, restaurants very nice. We have enjoyed complimentary Aquarium and Aqua park, both are worth visiting.

I must mention the entrance, the hotel parking assistants are amazing and welcoming in a pleasant way, then the reception staff are helpful and smiling, I saw the manager of the service staff team trying to help dissatisfied customers and came to an understanding with them and solved their problem and I listened to their dealings while waiting to get the room at the reception I must mention the cleaning assistant in the room is amazing!!!! I would give her a score of 10 out of 10. She is welcoming and pleasant. The amazing thing she did was that I lost my sunglasses that fell under the bed and I couldn't find them. She left them on the table and added a cloth for me to wipe the glasses. The room was clean and tidy. I was in room 11445. Amazing, well done to her.

The staff. The staff. The staff. Everywhere we go. The staff lacked courtesy or knowledge, which is unbecoming of a 5 star luxury hotel.

The hotel is a wonder.. everything about it is wonderful… this is our 7th visit. The hotel is self sufficient you don’t need to leave; there’s just so much to do. The breakfast had amazing variety, but the management with so many guests was crazy, not to mention the state of the buffet: hygienically speaking.

We liked everything about this property. We had several WOW moments with their service and the facilities. Each and every staff provided us with a personalised service throughout our stay. The hotel had wonderful dining options and our favourite was Saffron restaurant. The stay comes with free access to the Lost Chambers Aquarium and the Aquaventure Water Park. This is perfect for a family with Kids to keep them occupied throughout the day. Overall we are overjoyed with the experience we had with Atlantis, the Palm. Will definitely visit again.

Our recent stay at Atlantis Resort and Water Park was a mixed experience, with moments of sheer delight overshadowed by a few disappointments. Starting with the positives, the location of the resort is truly breathtaking. The sea view is mesmerizing, offering a picturesque backdrop for our stay. The hospitality of the staff exceeded our expectations, with every member of the team going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The highlight of our visit was, without a doubt, the water park. It's truly something else—a haven of aquatic fun and excitement. However, this time, our experience was slightly marred by the closure of one of the towers for maintenance. While we understand the necessity of maintenance, it did detract from our overall enjoyment, especially since it was our third visit to the water park. Despite this setback, we would still rate the hotel highly, giving it 9 out of 10. However, we feel compelled to mention that considering the value we paid and comparing it with other hotels, the rooms at Atlantis are in need of an upgrade. They felt outdated and could benefit from modernization to match the luxurious standard of the rest of the resort.
