Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ItalyIf you come from Europe: take care about the adapter. In the morning, when you exit, remember to ask the hotel staff to arrange room cleaning. bathtub and not shower.
The staff is professional and kind, adaptable and careful to your satisfaction. Close to the hotel there are a few nice restaurants, with a valid quality/price ratio. The distance from the Mashreq metro station is about 8'. Large room.

United KingdomThe swimming pool is only open until 7pm and only tea facilities, no coffee. While I understand the tool opening.hours are due to safety I'm sure they could have accommodated the use.
The room was spacious and the staff allowed us to check in early. Had all the facilities we needed. We travelled with a 5 month old and they kept his cot ready for when we checked in.

This hotel is located on one of the best location of Dubai. There are multiple restaurants nearby. There is also a big mall within the walking distance. Hotel is located on the main road, hence we got a very good view from the balcony. We found that the hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. We love to stay here again on our next trip.
