Although the sea is a maximum distance of a hundred meters from the hotel, unfortunately it is not accessible at all. If we wanted to go to the beach, we had to take a tram or taxi. Even the hotel pool is very small. The immediate surroundings of the hotel are not very attractive, new buildings are still being built around, so we felt like we were on a construction site.

The apartment was very nice, spacious, well furnished and clean. The breakfasts were very good, we also liked the well-equipped gym. The hotel staff was also helpful. A small supermarket and a tram stop are nearby. There was always a free taxi available in front of the hotel. Palm Jumeirah is within walking distance.

The place is a bit expensive and the bed shouldve been a bit bigger.

Great place to stay. Very spacious and brand new facilities. The breakfast was also very great. A lot on the buffet plus staff is very nice. The view from the hotel is also great.

Staff were fabulous. Room was very clean and serviced each day. Had all the facilities of an apartment which was great. Fantastic views of the palm. Transport was easy to get to. Definitely stay again.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic staff, they couldn’t have been more helpful. It was also a wonderful location for the palm (only 5-10 mins) and only 20 minutes from city centre however with traffic this can easily be 40+ mins. Gorgeous views and can’t wait to return!

Could not really think of something. If I had to say something maybe it would be that I wish you had a heated indoor pool as well.

Everything was amazing! Special thanks to the warm and welcoming check in ladies and the Kazakh lady in the spa reception. They were all very service minded and made guests feel so welcomed. We would very much like to come back again and recommend this hotel for sure :-)

The only fact I didn't like - that there is no territory to walk, but that's not the fault of hotel, it's the problem of Dubai. And there is no division between children's pool and adults' one, so if you want to relax near the pool or swim in pool calmly and not to be circumfused with water, be attentive

The most I liked that there was a whole apartment for me and there was everything you may need for life. Actually, it was so comfortable that I felt like I'm at home and I would be happy to live in such an apartment. It was clean, comfortable, everything is forethought. The seaside is also amazing. As for meals - nothing special, what I understood - they totally know how to cook beef, every meal with it was very delicious.

Everything was great. Probably the staff was the best part, everyone smiling and willing to help at any moment. However the room itself and the view, cleanliness, facilities (pool, gym, kids area...) and food, all deserve the best grade. It depends on goals and desires, only in case you'd rather spend the most of the time around Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, location might not be ideal. We would definitely come back to Avani Plus.

We had breakfast and dinner included. While breakfast was great, dinner was mostly the same throughout the week. It was Middle-Eastern cousine themed week, and while I got excited at first and in the first 3 days, couldn't get enough of it. On day 4 and onwards we got a bit tired of mostly the same options being available throughout the week. This was end of March. When we previously visited this hotel in November, the dinner varied a lot on different days so there wasn't such an issue. Maybe just bad luck.

Everything was great, it was our second time at this hotel and both times it was great. We love the location, it is great for long walks in the evening in the Media City Park. It is a 25 min walk (3k steps) to Marina Mall area (you can also take a tram, just outside the hotel). And a 30min taxi trip to Dubai Mall or 15 by taxi to Emirates Mall. Monorail station to Palm Jumeirah is 5min walk from the hotel. So location wise it is quite convenient if you want to visit different parts of Dubai in the same week.
