Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaI was only staying on the first floor of rooms and yet it was very difficult to skip the elevator and walk downstairs. Elevator was not close to my room. I originally wasn't intended to have a rental car, which would have been a really bad scenario - not really in a good walking location.
Much larger room than I'm used to staying in (very high ceiling). Well furnished with two sitting chairs.

United StatesThe room price is a bit expensive but there are not that many choices in town. The location is a long walk from the major attractions and the bus station and there are few dining options outside the hotel.
The room is very comfortable and the health club facilities the best I have seen. Moe at reception was kind and helpful. The view of the grand mosque and Oman mountains are special.
