Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The apartment is very large and well equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable, not too soft and not too hard. The staff is very courteous, Mr Hany at the reception is very nice and gives good tips and advice for your stay, thank you very much for that. The breakfast is rich and very tasty. We didn't visit the restaurant and therefore can't give it a review. Grocery stores and the metro are within walking distance.

IndiaNothing as such . However, if you are looking for cluster of shops or Bazar near the facility, then you should opt for places like Meena Bazar .
The property is located in the heart of city , Mankhool , Bur Dubai which is Indian dominated place. The surrounding offers you good approach to reach various destinations in Dubai. There are 2 metro stations nearby, supermarkets, and other restaurants of Arabic, Chinese , Yemen, MCD, KFC in nearby locations. The hotel breakfast was very good in all the days , offering veg and non-veg. The restaurant lunch and dinner buffet @ 35 dhs was reasonably priced. Hotel offers gym, sauna and swimming pool on 8th floor. Hotel is neatly maintained with 24/7 service support. We wanted an extra blanket one night at 2 am and our request was complied immediately. All summarised to very pleasant experience of our 1 week vacation in Dubai.

United Arab EmiratesMy only concern was no shade in the parking. I would recommend the hotel attach shade over the park I dont understand why this hasnt been done. I would have thought it common knowledge.
The breakfast was great, the location is absolutely fantastic and we enjoyed staying there. In fact we have extended for another 14 days and looking forward to it. The staff are very friendly and polite. Even with the renovations going on they still manage to ensure the high quality service which is fantastic. 10 out of 10 for Baity hotel apartments.

GermanyHotel prices double and triple up around Dec / Jan; same for apartments. To the apartment belong 2 fully empty Balconies one without table and chair.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The train station was nearby (less 1 km). Even 1 of the few wine shops in Dubai was nearby (500 m). From both balconies one could see Burj Khalifa, The Frame, and with good sight Burj Al Arab in the very far. With my tele zoom I could do some pictures, see attachment. Our flat had 1 living/dining room, 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen and 3 bathrooms!

United KingdomOur apartment was on first floor above dining room / kitchen which seemed to produce cooking smell at certain times. Next time we will request room on higher floor. No complimentary water, coffee etc on arrival but after phoning reception this was provided. Could not tie back curtains in living room during the day as tie backs were missing which was pointed out to room boy.
Great stay again. Apartment was spotless again and equipped with everything we required. Well located and close to all amenities, metro and shops. 10 min walk from Burjaman centre. Staff very friendly, helpful and polite.
