Pricing is too high to go there with family, especially in holidays. The ferry maybe can be more comfortable especially for kids so they don't feel sick

Everything was nice and comfortable and made me forget the long trip from Al Ain to reach this place. The only thing the price is too high, although it deserves it, but I wish it was less to go there frequently.

We enjoyed that it was an island vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The employees were all friendly, professional and helpful. From check-in until we had to leave. We enjoyed some spa treatments, went on the game drive, visited all the different restaurants and experience the different cuisine on the island. It was an adventure for us. They made our stay really memorable. Thank you.

Meals and "forced buffet" are super expensive and sounds like a monopoly since there's no further choices in the island. Definitely a pain point

Over all facilities and room & amenities were excellent.. Above all the exemplary service by the staff and their hospitality need to be plauded.. Want to specifically thank and praise the staff Citra(Front office) , Mounir(Wildlife drive) , Jaffer(Kayaking) and the Horseriding staff to name few...they treated us like royals Food @Palm,Oleo was finglerlicking good too.. Over all, was the best stay cation ever for me and children.. Will recommend to anyone...

Amazing island overall. Lots of wildlife. We really liked the peacocks that would come every morning during breakfast. The hotel staff is very welcoming and very accommodating.

It was difficult to find the schedule of the ferry to the island before making the booking. This is an inportant information and it should be publicly available so you dont need to call the hotel.

Tranquility of this place is truly inspiring. You get a perfect beach with almost no one in it. Lots of animals on the premise that live alongside.

The main restaurant (pool restaurant - Shams) at the Desert Island resort could be improved. Breakfast was nice, but the rest of the meals ok, but there is room for better selection and quality. As the main restaurant it is a bit lacking for lunch and dinner (becomes very repetitive). The diving center needs to be better organised so that dives happen as planned (significant delays).

The island is great, and it really fells like a getway. It is much bigger than we expected. I enjoyed learning about the history and love the aims for the island to be self sustainable, in producing its own energy, some of its food as well supporting endangered animals, creating a complete ecosystem for nature. All that with the amazing hospitality of Anantara! There were 2 lovely restaurants by the villas, especially liked Olio, both with great food. The service everywhere was great and with lovely staff. Great to be able to move between the various locations. Loved seeing gazelles and peacocks roaming around everywhere.

Compared to other Anantara properties, the food was not value for money.

The only thing we could think of what not completely knowing everything that was included in our package. Times, activities, drinks and restaurants. But the staff were friendly enough to remind us.

The only thing is we couldn't go to seafoods restaurant they are close because of private events. we are not lucky. But I hope next time if there is an event, they can still accommodate another costumer from hotel.

1. The breakfast is perfect! The good thing is while eating your breakfast, you hear the noise of birds, and you see animals. 2. We did try to eat at the Italian restaurant and the food there are so good. We would like to say thank you to Mr. Patrick the Filipino crew who is very genuine to us, he assists us and try to explain all the good things in the area. And while we are eating our dinner the very cute GAZELLES they are freely walking and eating the grass in front of us. That's makes us so happy. 3. Nature and wildlife tour, amazing, we see all the animals. 4. The housekeeping to in our room, he is very good. 5. SPA- excellent!
