Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaMy only complaint was that they only provided very limited cutlery, 2 forks and 2 spoons. Would have been good to have a couple spares without washing dishes all the time. The apartment wasn't super fancy and parts of it was a bit outdated like the kitchen. No real complaints. Very happy and would happily stay again!
The apartment we ended up in was different to the one advertised on Booking.com. The actual apartment we stayed at was on level 11 The Residence- Tower 3. I was very happy with this comparable apartment Fantastically located directed from the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. This spacious 92sqm apartment had everything you need. big rooms, good bathroom and kitchen with views of the Dubai lake.

Very close the Dubai Mall. Spectacular view of the Dubai mall and a small amount of the fountains from the apartment balcony. Very short walk to the Burj Khalifa. Kitchen was very handy. All utensil, pots and pans available.

United KingdomFrom the photos when booked I thought we’d be staying in an older apartment in the Tajer Souk Al Bahar but it was in fact in Tower 3 of The Residences which is a modern apartment on the 11th floor of a modern tower and I was slightly confused in its location. However, it was a great apartment once we got there in a fantastic location. Only thing missing was a tea towel in the kitchen.
The location is second to none being virtually opposite the Burj Khalifa. The apartment is also very comfortable with fantastic views from all windows and also the balcony. Although we didn’t see Jawad, he and the admin team were on hand to answer any questions were answered promptly and politely.

United Arab EmiratesThere is a last minute security deposit = AED 2000. Deposit is charged from your card, no cash transactions. So if you are planning a holiday, be ready to deduct 2000 from your budget. Deposit was returned in 10 days after checkout.
Location: prime location, in the middle of Souk Al Bahar, lots of cafes, restaurants, fountain view, direct pass to Dubai mall, convenience store on the ground floor. Taxi available at the main entrance. Swimming pool available inside the residential area. Private parking with access card. Parking Level 5, #26 has water dripping from the overhead piping, leaves marks on the car. There is plenty of space so I recommend parking elsewhere. Support team connected immediately, gave clear instructions abt key handover, parking etc.

Latviawhat we did not expect is the huge noise level. the music rumbles sometimes until 1am, so if you are no party folks, this might be disturbing. but if you are - the party is right beneath your balcony.
The spot is excellent for those who whant to be in the heart of Dubai! The mall is at your doorstep and all the finest restaurants within 2min walk! you can even see the fountains from balcony! excellent managment team, we checked in late and had welcoming smile

United KingdomThe person in charged Faisal wasn’t available to come and show us where the apartment was so we was waiting with our luggage for a while. He still didn’t come made some excuses…we couldn’t leave the place as it was a storm outside and our lifts was broken down we had to go upstairs level 8 in the dark which I thought was very dangerous even the day we where checking out we struggled he only came cos we was checking out even then he was late the only thing he did was help us with our luggage that’s it…the apartments don’t have any cleaners and to be honest the kitchen did smell and the pans and knifes were all old and it wouldn’t even cut..nice view that’s all but I wouldn’t recommend the place after the experience we had….
The good thing about the property was it was close to Dubai mall and the downtown

KuwaitI loved the location its walking distance from dubai mall where everything is close to u ... the apartment is so clean .. the staff is v friendly especially Mrs Feisal iqbal ... everything is avalible swimming pool ,gym ,kidz playing area ,and down in souq al ba7ar is supermarket if u need anything u will get it ... it has a balcony where u can see dubai fountain ... and the view is so beautifull They are v organized they offer for grocery before I come and even pick up from an airport ... I found everything I may need it the kitchen and it was clean the bed was so comfortable ... definelty i will choose dream Inn when I come back

PolandThere is no view of Buri Khalifa. Hotel Address and Dubai Mall can be seen through the windows. Small part of fountains on the very left. Apartment worn out, old, with only very basic equipment. Uncomfortable, old pillows. Safe is a fake, easy to open. Contact with management good until payment is done. Later difficult. Nobody met us to show how to get around, use appliances, informed us that we should obtain special ids to be able to enter the area and building prior to New Year celebration. When asked where is the best place to view the New Year the answer was to go outside. That was obvious but impossible. All exits were crowded. What we were not told was that there was a special place for residents. We were promised a taxi upon leaving but our manager forgot. Hard to understand why they want to keep my deposit for two weeks after leaving.

I liked the location, which was why I booked this apartment. The property was clean, it had a great view and an outdoor pool with a magnificent view of the Burj Khalifa (especially at night when the light show glows on the Burj Khalifa). My son said that the gym was really great too. The gym and the two pools are located on the 6th floor. This apartment comes with a parking space which we didn't use. The exit from the building where the apartment is located is through the "timeout market" entrance in front of the bridge across the "fountain" and the Dubai Mall. There is also a small supermarket in the building. Pro tip: The "timeout market" terrace is also the best place to have a cold beer in the open and with the best view of the Dubai fountain show known to me. This place also has an excellent choice of food.

United Statesthe kitchen facilities were not complete and smart tv was disaster one unknown brand could not connect via application like YouTube. I could several cockroaches in all kitchen area and surprisingly in refrigerator made us to though out all food we put in refreg. cockroaches walking in shower area during night. I myself found coke in my bed made us to sleep on sofa.faucets in bathroom and kitchen were not open fully specially cold water and we were suppose to wash dishes and in bath with boiling water.
