I do like the way to going to the beach I must cross the way there is a walk or a street between the hotel and the beach which I really do not like it

I like the restaurant there .. the most delicious restaurant was miss India ( Indian restaurant)

Signage was a little confusing on the palm for someone new to driving in Dubai. Hotel was very much a family hotel, although we were travelling as a group of adults. Injured my head accidentally in the shower on the metal soap bracket.

Excellent location and facilities. Breakfast was extensive and splendid. Room was comfortable and spacious. Staff were outstanding.

The beach allocation has shrunk so less sun beds and some of the mattresses need replacing as do the umbrellas. Also they let on beach club members and paying guests so it can get crowded. I want the beach to be for hotel guests only

Breakfast was very good and staff excellent and location is superb for attractions, beach, metro. Rooms very good as were in house restaurants with little Miss India the best one

Security staff stereo-typing us - treating us as day visitors We booked rooms 301 and 302 - we could see the construction mess from our balcony - there were workers below all the time (noise and privacy issues) - surely the hotel can do these upgrades out of peak season ?)

The first room we were allocated: very poor and run down but they changed it for us . Completely unacceptable

I was shocked to see one of the hotel bar staff use the urinal in the washroom and walk out without washing his hands. Service is painfully slow at the restaurant. The area is very noisy with nightclubs etc so be prepared. You can't even lie on the beach without having to hear the beach clubs next door, which start loud music from the morning

Great location, great view, decent breakfast. We got very early check in and late checkout so that was great. Front desk staff are friendly.

Hotel is quite old, didn’t feel like it’s 5 star hotel. Breakfast disappointing. It was more like 4 star breakfast but not like in 5 star hotel. Tables in the buffet area, looks old, and dishes from where we were collecting our food was old as well, no feeling of luxury at all for this price !
