Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

New ZealandThey have sustainability goals but washed our towels everyday when we tried to reuse them following the instructions in the room. Also - Perhaps rather than putting bottled water in everyone's room why not put bottle filling from a filtered supply or the big water bottles stations (like they have in the gym) at each level so people can fill their own bottles? Save a bit of plastic for the planet!
Breakfast was nice, the gym was good and the pool very pleasant.

United KingdomReally depends on what floor your rooms/apartment is, I spent 2 weeks here under 2 separate bookings as I went away for a weekend, 1st week was in a room which was small in size with little shower pressure or available floor space, literally a standard hotel room with a kitchen work bench, 2nd week was a proper apartment with great facilities and amenities.

SloveniaBeakfast was every day almost the same. We missed chocolate spred for kids, honey and better marmelade, and there was not chocolate topping for pancakes, Just Maple sirup every day. The coffe could be better, it was like Brown Water. The sweet pastry was Also every day the same. The scrambled eggs were strange, better to order fried eggs.
Very kind receptionists, spacy rooms, there is everytjing you need, Also iron and Little kitchen, Nice fitness and swimming pool. There is a shop in hotel, working 24h, which have normal prices. The location of the hotel is good, close to the Metro internet City station. There was no problem to get taxi close to the hotel.

IranI asked for an extra blanket and it was delivered to me without cover and it was a little dirty and had some dust on it. Of course, it was not hotel’s fault since due to heavy rains all services were interrupted and they could not change nor clean the sheets.
