Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

TaiwanNot much to say actually but we requested an extra shower towel because there was only one, and they never brought it, and I had to call twice for an iron and that it took like 40 minutes to arrive.
We just stayed for 12hs. to spend the night after a flight. The apartments are very spacious and a lot of necessary things like washing machine, microwave, fridge, etc. Very convenient.

Czech RepublicThe hotel's best time is over, the furniture is old, the bathroom has a curtain like it was 20 years ago, by the pool there were plastic bags that flew into the water, only 4 old and stained sunbeds, the photo did not match at all.
The staff tries to accommodate in everything, they are very nice and the gentleman who cleaned our place was perfect 👍 the swimming pool, as far as the cleanliness of the water is concerned 👍

OmanThe only thing I dis-liked and felt insulting that Hotel security twice stopped my guests (real brother and my friend with his all family) to go in to my apartment, as hotel management clearly know that I am also living along my family and coming from Oman to visit Dubai.

IrelandThere were 4 of us, and we had 2 cups, 3 glasses, 2 towels, no hand towels, one spoon, 2 forks one knife. We had to keep asking daily for towels and remind them we were 4 people. They always accommodated but it was frustrating to have to keep asking.
Location weas great for what we needed, everywhere was easily accessible. The apartment was big and comfortable. The pool area was nice.
