Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I was pleasantly surprised by the free upgrade to a suite. It was one of the best suites I have ever experienced. The huge shower with a bathtub and the big master bedroom were impressive, but what really caught my attention was the smart device in the room. I could easily control the lights, curtains, air conditioning, and everything else with just one device.

AustriaWe felt absolutely very well looked after. The rooms and all the facilities were modern, clean and very comfortable. Be sure to try out the pool on the roof terrace. The location is also absolutely great. It is less than a 5-minute walk from the Mashreq metro station and less than a 10-minute walk from the Mall of Emirates. The hotel is on a quiet side street. The food was exceptionally good, high quality and absolutely varied and presented very beautifully and with attention to detail. It was also constantly refilled (even shortly before end). Especially the dinner (buffet) was great. Every evening there was a different culinary theme and the food (from the starters to the desserts) was tailored to this and matched the theme absolutely perfectly in terms of taste. The buffet opening hours are also great and long, so there can be no crowds. Breakfast buffet runs from 6:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and dinner buffet from 6:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The staff was professional and very hard-working and present with heart and mind. Special requests are also easily and happily accommodated. Our special thanks go to the manager Tarek and to Darija. Both of them went above and beyond their professional obligations in the crisis situation (flooding and heavy rain in Dubai) and supported us with a lot of heart and in an absolutely exemplary manner. Thanks to the entire team for the absolutely great stay with you.

LatviaMost of the songs near the pool were just usual pop music, which is fine, BUT time after time we had to listen to Russian World war 2 songs about war victories and Russian glory. That was super weird, especially considering that Russia has invaded Ukraine now. This made us feel a bit uncomfortable.

GermanyI booked this hotel when I was stucked at the mall of emirates because of the heavy rain. I wanted to escape from the mall and booked it because it was not far from the mall. Unfortunately due to heavy rain I could not reach this hotel. Therefore I called the hotel to cancel my booking and talked to Mr. Tariq. He was so kind and helpful and cancelled my booking without any problems. He also was very concerned about me and my family even I have cancelled the booking. I am very impressed with the service this hotel provided me in a very difficult time!
