Our hotel room card key stopped working on the second day, and on a daily basis, it got to be activated from the reception. Perhaps this can be avoided for the customers who paid for a specific number of days. Looks like a technical glitch can be fixed.

The stay was very pleasant, the location is very nice, and can travel to many other attractions around Dubai very easily, breakfast was really nice, and helpful staff members, overall I would go back and really recommend Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Al Muraqabat

I was really disappointed with the lobby design. It has a really poor cachet if we compare it to the rest of the hotel sections. On July 6, I put the DO NOT DISTURB sign on my door only to receive a call from the reception telling me that the housekeeper has not been able to access my room because of it (which exactly why these signs are there for). I told her I was checking later that night and needed to pack and rest. I did not understand why I had to justify myself for hanging that sign on the door. I found this very unprofessional. It's a detail that can be overlook but some of the staff members (and I noticed that a lot from those in the lobby), make eye contact with guests without greeting them. They stare at you. That's unprofessional and you don't feel that welcome.

I liked the close access to public transportation and airport. Deira is a decent neighborhood and I felt safe walking down the street even at night. But this is not the neighborhood where you can get the chance to meet the royal family. There is a market right across the street which was really helpful. That's where I purchased my first souvenirs from Dubai. After 14 hours of flight, I got to the hotel around midnight and was delighted to walk into a super comfortable and very clean room. I liked the interior design, from the pictures on the wall to the taupe color. The bathroom was as clean as the room with everything I need for shower routine. The restaurant also has a nice design. The food was good, particularly the "A la carte" menu. You have the choice between "A la carte menu" and the buffet. I was not impressed with the buffet. Breakfast was ok. I had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant hotel during my whole stay. The staff was nice. Most people from the restaurant section have outstanding customer service.

Some amenities that were supposed to be available in the room were not available, such as hairdryer were not available in the room, and you would have to request one. No airport shuttles.

The food was great, especially the buffet breakfast.Different varieties of food, which is great. The staff were very welcoming and nice.The room was cleaned everyday.

The AC could not be adjusted below 19 degrees celsius and it was warm when we were sleeping. We were not able to have a comfortable sleep at all even my daughter kept waking up the entire night because it was really warm. Also the TV channels are so restricted to about 10+ channels and they were all Arabic. We understand that this is an Arabic speaking country but what about the non-Arabic speakers?

We liked the breakfast. There was a good selection of food. My daughter especially loved the make-your-own waffle!

distance between hotel and closest metro station Alrigga is 10-15 minutes walk, which may be difficult in hot weather of Dubai between June and September.

Room, sheets, shower, was very very clean. AC was very good. Staff were super friendly & professional trying to help you with any matter. Hotel’s shuttle is a pro too. Hotel is very close to Airport, so it does not cost you much with Taxi.

Food Menu could have been better. Same 2 juices served all the 5 days. Dinner chicken served was cold Some staff (not all) can be seen just walking here and there rather than attending the guests.

Asian boy staffs are not as good as female staff. they just pass the time by excuses, especially at counter two male staff. they told me that room is getting ready but it took one hour, and I called 10 times.

Am using this hotel for the 2nd time in 6 months and the check in continues to be messy . check-in process is long and uncomfortable with no sufficient seats to sit . check-in time is 3pm and I arrived at around 3:20 pm and till 4 pm hotel staff claimed room is still being cleaned , wonder why !!! Room is small and congested . No basic amenities kept inside the room - toothpaste , room slippers etc .
