Instructions on how to catch the shuttle bus from the airport were inadequate.

We were warmly welcomed and allowed into our room early as a room became available. Staff tried to help wherever possible. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

Hotel location. If the hotel was closer to the center or to the metro station, that would be wonderful. That's a detail that makes everything better.

The only thing we didn't like was that there was nothing for drying in the room. We couldn't dry our child's clothes after washing them. That's not a problem either.))

Hello. The hotel is like a 5 star. It was very nice. It was clean. The rooms are nice. The night view is amazing. The pool is great. The staff are amazing. The entrance to the shopping mall was great. It was very close to everywhere.

Easy distance from the airport by taxi. Nice little open air pool . Liked that it's connected to a small shopping mall, so even if you are on a tight budget you can find the best food optiion for yourself.

Like many hotels in Dubai, this one is very overpriced. Constant bad smell from the bathroom, we had to keep the door closed all the time.

Good hotel, far from city center, but not so far from the airport. If you like shopping malls, it's directly connect to one next door. Good breakfast

No comment, overall very satisfied apart from one nght no water from 11pm to 4am due to maintenance however gusts were given prior notice the day before.

Room was excellent, twin single bed, great shower, very comfortable, short walk to the mall, I didn't include breakfast or use any of the facilities.

Unfortunately I had to pay extra $50 dollars just to be accepted into my room because my Airlines arrival time was earlier than check in time @3pm, which is not fair.The choice was to wait around hotel till 3pm to be allowed in or pay $50 to be allowed to enter my room.You do not determine when the airlines fly to Dubai besides we informed the hotel in advance of the situation and they promised to do everything to accommodate us only be to given those conditions on arrival .

I loved the location because it is connecting with the Mall and Healthhub where I really need a place to stay because the procedure done to me will blurred my vision therefore I could not drive and to add to that the weather was very bad on that time that me and my sister really need to stay in the hotel. We slept calmly and the bed and room is so comfy. We will definitely come back in this place sometime with my daughters and friends

Very nice hotel connected to the shopping mall and other two hotels in the Festival city. Excellent breakfast selection, lunch buffet and room service. Pool is of a decent size with a nice area around it. As I got into medical isolation in my room, they took a great care of me. In less than 30 min from the moment I got isolated, I got a nice fruit selection. Such a nice care ❤️ Daily, I got more water as I was locked into my room which was much appreciated.

Cooperative staff. All services are available in festival mall which is connected to the hotel. Near to the airport. In breakfast buffet the staff are very cooperative and no need to wait to to recieve any cooked food they deliver it to your table

The room is spacious with comfortable beddings. The hotel is directly linked to a mall. The staff from reception, concierge, housekeeping and breakfast are very nice (polite, friendly and helpful)

The bathroom design should be changed. When you take a shower the water will be on the floor. Shampoo, shower gel and lotion are attached to the wall. Sauna is mission.
