Upon arrival and even after reserving a non smoking room receptionist asked me if I can stay in smoking room as there are no non smoking rooms available, after resisting and a bit of backlash from me suddenly non smoking room was available, I mean what's the point of reserving then!!

Rooms were clean, air conditioning was fine, view was good, breakfast was ok for me as per 5 star standard, morning staff was helpful and kind enough

When I arrived at 4pm, my room was not ready. Two issues regarding the restaurant: it is relatively small for the size of the hotel, so it can be difficult to get a table during "rush hour" (both inside and outside). Moreover, it was never possible to find a table that had a full set of silverware (knife, fork, spoon) on it, so I always had to go to a staff member and ask for the items that were missing. Not sure of the reasons but I would expect a bit more from a 5* hotel. The rooftop pool doesn't have any sunbeds (only a couple of normal chairs), which probably explains why it wasn't really used. Finally, I could not find any TV channels that were not in Arabic.

I picked the hotel as I was visiting a friend in Abu Dhabi and wanted to stay close-by. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, as the room and bathroom had a good size and were clean. The breakfast buffet also had a lot of options and was very good.

First the receptionist at the check in was not helpful & his face is very pessimistic The room iron is not working It was better value of money if they offered the saty with breakfast included The reserved room they mentioned sea view but it was partial sea view and very far view to see

The doors of the cabinet were not well opened and closed from their old age. There was a small amount of smell in the room, which we know was a smell spread from a prayer fabric that spread a bad smell from its moisture. That's it, nothing else

We liked everything. I especially liked the breakfast very much. Very tasty and varied. The staff was also very polite. The room has everything you need. There are many restaurants and a market near the hotel. I recommend it to everyone😊❤️

Bed was hard making it difficult to sleep. Toilet paper is 1 ply. The staff were overworked. Need to add more staff. Gym was really small and outdated. The pool closed to early at 7pm. The room was missing a coffee machine.

Room size was spacious. Bathroom were huge. Showers were like a waterfall. Breakfast was good with a wide array of food to choose from. Location is fantastic in the thick ot the action. The area comes alive during the evening, with restaurants, pharmacy and supermarkets within walking distance. Close to the corniche. Karim the reception guy was friendly and assisted us with everything we need.

Not enough space in a restaurant for such a big hotel. Long quees during breakfast time, sometimes sitting with random guests at one 4 person table. Weird smell from the a/c. there were no sun loungers at the pool
