Not sure why gym closes at 7pm, really affected my ability to stay healthy because most of the day was filled with activities and just before bed would have been the best time to exercise. Also wish the jacuzzi/steam room I saw was still functioning. Also this is not necessarily a negative , it's their right to have their policies but just FYI checking in early is not free, there was a 122 AED charge to check in by 9am when our plane arrived early in the morning (actually we got there at 4am but that would have needed paying over 500 AED for an extra night so just chilled on the rooftop and walked around until 8/9). It also took a while for the hot water to get hot and it didn't last too long.

This hotel is amazing and I don't see myself wanting to stay anywhere else unless I'm looking to save money or seriously upgrade or something. The bed is really comfortable and the bathroom everyone kept making comments about was not bad at all. It was small in comparison to the rest of the space I guess but definitely not uncomfortable, some of the comments made me think the toilet would be wedged right beside the sink or something. The hotel's back exit is directly on the marina boardwalk so that's the best feature of the entire stay really. I also like that there were lots of slippers available in the room, some hotels add just one even with 2 guests but this one had 3. Housekeeping was thorough and kept everything super clean so I didn't even need cleaning everyday. There is also a nice range of products that come with the room i.e. toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving, loofah etc. not everyone does that.

the gym was tiny (but I know they are starting reconstruction), and also if somebody decides to cook there smelly food 🙄 it stink all over the hallway - has nothing much to do with the hotel, but cooking smell was annoying.

I rebooked this hotel like 10 times when I was extending my stay. I really liked the value I was getting for the price. Spacey room, comfortable bed, washing machine, housekeeping every day and a good location. It was like 10-15 min walking distance to the gulf and pretty quite area, supermarket across the street and direct access to Marina. Management was great. Wifi was the major value for me, I tried few other places but the best wifi I had in Jannah. (I work remote with Cisco connect on and pc performance was still good. )

The toilet was leaking and wasting water. The kitchen did not have a working exhaust for the cooking smell to go out. The pool had only one level depth (no slope) the pool did not have a shaded portion (should have 50% cover). Did not have kid's pool the jacuzzi or steamer was not maintained or working.

The room was cleaned each day, bed was made well and comfortable. the kitchen had few utensils to use you have "Choitram" supermarket to buy any requirements if needed has a good restaurant it had all the required facilities and the air conditioning was good. Gym had enough equipment for workouts. Had a separate area for sunbath.

almost nothing, was a little bit far away from the city center and just 10 min away from the JBR beaches by walk

location was good and breakfast too, dimension of the room were great and got a nice covered parking spot.

The pool was small, with not much space around it to sunbathe.

We stayed in the one bed apartment, it was huge, had a proper kitchen and fridge. The view of the marina from the balcony was stunning. The staff were great and so helpful and accommodating.

there is only one way in and out the road it is always Congested and traffic jam most of the time , the distance to the Sheikh Zayed Road it’s almost 3 km you will take more than 1 hour . it is not Convenient. Also The tile of the swimming pool need to be fixed and maintain .

a bit dated, bathroom tiny. most irritating was lack of any facilities to use in kitchen. only very basic crockery and cutlery. no sponge,washing up liquid or tea towel. no laundry powder. we also stayed in a property downtown which did provide all these things and was a bit cheaper. if you want to explore Dubai would recommend downtown, but if you like the idea of being near the Benidorm type beach, this area is for you.

good location for getting out to expo. also nicely located on canal opposite a good supermarket and near plenty of restaurants. nice rooftop swimming pool which was a bit small but lovely and warm. easy access to metro 15 min walk.

First room we get wasnt soundproof, even airproof, there were issue with isolation of air.There were MOSQUE right in front of windows so every morning it was loud!We had also issue with cleaning of bathroom as there were many issue with it in first room. Second room was much better as it was in different part of hotel and higher standard.

Personal of hotel is very nice and tried to help us in many way. There is best view of marina in dubai - from balcony wich is 1 for floor or from rooftop !

The air conditioning was set automatically so there was no possibility to increase the temerature in the room, it was freezing. when I asked for a help, they recommend to turn off the AC, but it didn't help. There was a lot of noise from construction next to the hotel but this hotel had no influance on that. Cofee & tea set was small, only for one coffe & one bottle of water per person only.

Perfect localisation, perfect view, big room, kitchen & lot of space for personal belongings. I have chosen this hotel because of the view and it was worth of it!

Breakfast was poor for me, would have preferred more variety, lot of people in the small room in the morning.

Very nice location, quite close to the beach (15min walking), not in the middle of the main roads. 10min walking to the nearest metro station. Possible to enjoy long walks and beautiful views. Marina Mall 7 min away, lots of restaurants nearby. Polite, helpful and friendly stuff. Marina Beach is the nearest beach - lot of people, popular place, beautiful view, many things to do and see.

Room excellent - great view, Breakfast was very good in a nice location in the hotel, location with room view was stunning. Great resturants very close to the hotel, very safe. Traffic is an issue in this location so give yourself lots of extra time in the morning and evening.
